Giantex Reviews

Brill service

I received the table that was damaged. I've emailed customer services asking for a refund or replacement and have been completely ignored. NEVER USE

Great service and item as described and quick delivery

Very Pleased!
I thought they had not dispatched it when I did not get an email notification of delivery and tried to cancel after reading some more reviews that scared me but the delivery was swift. I also saw some negative reviews about quality being shoddy and some man who posted that the holes do not align - however the craftsmanship is of outstanding quality and the holes do not align only if one does not use their brain and some basic carpentry principles to tighten the bolts only after they've been positioned loosely. They are of incredibly sturdy build and I am very pleased with them and impressed with the quality vs the price. Hence my happiness in them dispatching these before I had the chance to cancel them - I did not receive notifications of it being shipped and thus thought they may not arrive but luckily it all worked out. All in all, the mild difficulty in assembly just stands to show how good the quality is and how long a life they will have considering how strong the bolts were and how sturdy the frame is.
On the same day I received them I was returning some chairs to Dunelm that I purchased only 2 weeks before that cost double(at a discount, they are quadruple now) that were highly rated - 5 stars and people were describing them as sturdy but the backrest was made of plywood which started giving way after just one week of normal use.
I highly recommend them for the quality of the chairs I bought from them - Set of 2 Dining Chairs with High Back, and Solid Rubber Wood Legs and for the very swift delivery times!

Sent the wrong colour item and it was damaged but they are refusing to pay for the return, despite their return policy saying they will take back faulty items. Now having to go through PayPal to attempt to get my money back.
