Not delivered and connot track the delivery
My delivery has not yet been delivered, and when I log in it says "fulfilled", When I try to track my delivery the details given on my invoice does not give a response from the tracking company, or the website.

We elected pickup from the warehouse rather than delivery and from the time i placed the order online, i received a confirmation email approximately a couple hours later confirming it was ready to be collected.

The service was absolutely impressive !! I ordered/purchased my push bike on a Tuesday morning, within the hr, had an email to say the order is being processed. Couple hrs later, another email saying, my order is being shipped.. I received my push bike Wednesday afternoon !! Thank you to all involved with my order , from, the person who read the order, to the truck driver who delivered it.. thank you all !! The shop itself was fine, products were cheap
The shop itself was fine, the bikes I bought were pretty ordinary which isn’t their fault. However had they listed the weight of the bike on the website I wouldn’t have ordered them, which would’ve saved me wasting $300.
