I do not recommend this site. I had a very bad experience. I bought 2 gift cards worth 20000 and paid over 23000 at the end. They sent 2 x only birthday card and claimed that it was 4 x 5000 also inside. I have immediately complained and for two weeks I ask for I need my money or gift cards worth 20000 but they do not answer my email my sms not even Tel .
Please do not support people who use their own country's name for their website and treat people from abroad so badly.

I wish ai could give them feedback in negative. We had placed an order on the 14th of April , 2020 . The payment and order was received and acknowledged by them. Till date ,it been 2 months the order has not arrived .
None of their numbers are working and their sites don't open too.

Based on my experience ,this company is not true to their service . They have got my money and they did not deliver the service . They did not refund my money yet. No customer service to reach out over phone.I followed up with them many times about my refund but did not receive my refund yet.Beware of this company. This is an Unprofessional and unethical business people. I see that there are also similar experience by other customers that they did not refund the money.

It is a bad experience.
It was suppose to be delivered in a day and until now it is been 3 days and it hasn't been delivered yet.
Cannot trust this platform. Only after asking several times now and when I said I would prefer to cancel the order did they tell me that it is dispatched via blue dart with a reference number and when I try to track that it says we are awaiting info from the carrier.
I don't recommend this at all.

I was in a crunch of time and had to send a nice cake and roses to my lovely bhabhi for her bday and you guys delivered right on time and they loved the roses along with a beautiful crystal vase. this website is the worst. bcz i am already request them to send gift on 31 dec with cake... bt they send the gift on 30 dec. without cake and they dnt even rply properly... and they send me the email for the cake that it will delivered before 5:00pm and its more than 5:00 bt the cake haven't received yet.. i told them this is my first time..... bt they have taken the exam of my patience .. i have given this 1 star .. bcz of the gift i ordered. which is nice.... i will never recommend to anyone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We already informed your over chat that personalized gift is a couriered item and shipped already and it may deliver within or on date ...and that time you said fine, and that personalized gift delivered within occasion date.
For cake we infomred you over chat on 28th that it will be deliver any time between 11 am to 5 pm and it delivered around 6.15 pm due to order pressure and our boy try to find the address by call the recipient but he that time not picked up the call...if you can check the reciopient's mobile number...then you can found there is more than 5 missed call from our number....after delivery we confirmred the same by call the recipient.
Yes we failed to reply you at 5 pm because we atried to get the confirmation by our delivery agent and that time he not picked up the phone...that also we informed you on date by email. After delivery we also send delivery confirmation instantly by email.
So we have keep our promise and hope you will understand our views and give us 5 star rating good review. Also we may get chance to serve you and your friends again in futre.

Cake was not from Taj Bakery.
Website clearly said Cake from Taj bakery...and charged $20 more than other sites. I still ordered as it said only from Taj and there was no alternate bakery mentioned.
But Gifts2Indiaonline.com is very unprofessional and not by there words, Cake was not from Taj. It was from some bakery opposite to Ethiraj college.I would never ever do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!
I tried reaching on whatsapp but no response.
Please don't order in this business if you want Cake from Taj.

We noticed that you have mentioned in trustpilot review, that we delivered a cake from some bakey opp ethiraj college where as you ordered a Taj Cake. Yes we have not delivered the cake from TAJ but delivered from another best five star hotel - THE ITC GRAND HOTEL chennai.
The reason is given below -
You may not noticed that in every Taj cake product description it was clearly mentioned " 1 day prior order needed" as Taj only deliver cake if we can book 1 day before of the occasion day, same day ready made cakes are not available in Taj hotel without prior booking.
Now you have placed the order on 04-11-2019 and for same day delivery with a note " deliver around 2 pm" and on Same day your ordered flavoured Taj Cake was not available and due to very short time berween we received the order and your requested delivery time..we could not asked you for the confirmation about the name of another Five Star best hotel from we have delivered the same flavoured cake - THE ITC GRAND which is not a local bakery.
it is also a renowned Five Star hotel in Chennai and we delivered the cake within 3 pm as per your requested time.
Now the Price of any five star hotel cake in most of the website Range Rs.3200 -Rs.3500. We deliver the Cake from ITC Grand instead of Taj as we received the order on same day and your falvourd cake was not available in Taj on that day and we have only 4-5 hours to deliver the cake as per your requested time.
we delivered the cake within your time on date and from one of the best Five Star Hotel - ITC Grand.
Hope you will understand the situation and appreciate.
