Hi I found the choice on your website good although I did find the credit card option very slow to load up and ended up having to pay on applepay I do think you need to look providing an service for your disabled customers if they have issues with your websites

This was NOT the first tine that we have experienced early delivery. We had the opportunity to choose a delivery date yet that date was ignored.

Disaster When Iwent to change the delivery
When I went to change the delivery address which came up as an address previously used while the order seemed fine when I went to pay when I receveived confirmation of the error I immediately informed you and received a reply that it had been shipped . Also the emails were addressed to my son and not me as was thus one computer generated . I contacted the help desk they said they had notified DOD . I received a DOD notification that the parcel would be delivered last Thursday to the wrong address . As they had listed alternative methods of delivery I put in the correct address and received confirmation that it would be delivered to correct address today . This DOD not happen and when I tracked I saw that it had been delivered last Thursday to wrong address I received no notification of this . I anm bitterly disappointed with this experience a disaster !

Delivery service
The gift was perfect, the delivery was not. My daughter waited in for the parcel as she lives in a flat she was waiting for the buzzer to go to open the outside door. No one rang the bell at all. I just happened to see on my email it had been delivered. The picture showed it had been left outside. She was in and had no idea it was there. Surely this is not good service.
