My parents from Pennsylvania in the USA, visited Ireland on their vacation. One stop during their vacation was at Gifts of Ireland. They purchased a silver marble and marcasite necklace and earrings set. I was in love with the look and quality of the set. After visiting the Gifts of Ireland website, I came to find out that there was a matching bracelet. I ordered it from their website. Everything was easy from ordering to delivery. The bracelet was just as beautiful as the other matching pieces. Aidan emailed me throughout the process and kept me updated on the order. He also followed up with me after the order to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend the store and the products that they sell!

Probably the best customer service I could have gotten! Aidan met with us while we were in Dublin to help my husband fine and choose the perfect walking stick(shillelagh). We had been on a quest for the whole 11 days we were in Ireland and Aidan saved the day!

Bought a beautiful Aran sweater and I am delighted with it. Already had a scarf bought to match it . I would recommend Gifts Of Ireland to my friends especially because of the quality of customer service is impeccable as well as the quality of their products.

I bought a mug set and I am over the moon with it. I love the handpainted patterns on the mugs and they are a little treasure for life! I would have no problem recommending this company for any Gifts about Ireland!

I ordered a gift of two tweed hip flask for my nephews upcoming wedding in America one month in advance of the big day. Paid for delivery which was advertised at 2-3 days. The plan was that my relatives would bring it out with them when they travelled over for the wedding.
After two weeks and no sign of the delivery I made many, many attempts at contacting the shop.
Nobody answers the phone. No response to emails.
Finally after almost 3 weeks I eventually made contact on Facebook messenger. Aidan was very polite and promised to sort it out immediately.
At that point I requested that if it hadn't already been dispatched to me that I'd like to have it delivered directly to the recipient instead as my relatives had already left Ireland to go to the wedding.
I offered to pay the difference in postage costs at that stage.
Four days later and there was still no response so I contacted them again.
Aidan informed me that the items were not in stock when I'd placed the order and he had now purchased them from a competitor at a higher price to fulfil my order. I don't understand how you can offer an item for sale with 3 day delivery when you don't have it in stock. I also consider it highly unprofessional to tell your customer how you had to buy it from your competitors at a higher price.
He informed me that to post the two hip flasks to America would now cost me 40 euro but he was willing to pay 10 euro of that if I paid an additional 25 euro postage. This was 24 days after I'd initially placed the order.
I declined and requested a refund which was processed immediately.
No apology was ever issued but he did offer a discount if I bought anything from them again.
I declined that offer as I simply wouldn't trust this company again.
In the end I had to order a replacement gift for my nephew only days before his wedding from a more reliable company who fulfilled the order immediately.
I certainly won't be ordering from here again. Overall very unprofessional and unreliable.

Aidan is a person with a heart on the right place.

First a delay in shipping and a gap in communication. Aidan settled the matter very engaged, the articel was out of stock. He promised delivery would be take place immidiately after return on stock.

A perfect gift to feel the love from Ireland. Shipping was great got is in time, I will definitely be ordering some gifts for Christmas.

I have placed an order on 17 October 2023 buying a gift that I needed for Saturday so I can give it to a friend. So, I needed product to be delivered by EOD Friday 20 October 2023. Main reason why I have decided to order from them is because they are advising that products are delivered in between 2 to 3 business days and this applies to Ireland. Considering that I leave 60 kilometers from the shop I taught this should not be a problem. It is Friday 20th and the product is not even shipped. On 18th October I have wrote to the shop using the contact details on their site advising them if they cannot deliver the product on Friday the latest I want to cancel the order. No response at all.

Update: On Oct 23 I have received email from the shop, advising that refund has been issued and Aiden, offered the product with additional discount. I appreciate quick resolution and offered discount. Unfortunately I was already in Netherlands with my friend so I have found alternative gift for her. Thank you Aiden for amazing customer support.

Excellent quality and prompt delivery service would highly recommend

Professional product, well constructed and finished. Service was great and delivery was quick and reasonable based on international standards. Only drawback was the handle was smaller than I hadhoped for as I have large hands. No fault of the quality.
