I made only a small purchase of specialized gift paper, but the order was handled rapidly and expertly wrapped, with a personalized touch. Highly recommend and will shop with GoW again.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your purchase. The image shows the range of steamers with the fragrances displayed on each. The description is clear that it is a steamer not multiple, we take your feedback onboard and will update the images so that the steamer is shown on it’s own as well as with other fragrances.
Excellence! I ordered my throw and it arrived
I ordered my throw and it arrived, beautifully packaged and in perfect condition, postage free to me, 48 hours later. It also had a handwritten note included, thanking me for my custom which was lovely to receive; plus a card itemising and naming all those who had literally had a hand in making the beautiful daffodil throw. Hooray for small, independent shops, and thank you. It’s been a complete pleasure. 🙏🏽

All great - would've liked a tracking number / code for the express delivery option, to follow the parcel inch by inch. Regardless, arrived on time 👍

Hot ‘n Spicy Hamper
Lovely products included in hamper. Just what I wanted. Been shook around a bit in delivery so I had to rearrange a bit so had to unwrap and rewrap. But looks good now. Can’t wait to give it. Happy Christmas!

Lovely store, quality Welsh made productd
Lovely store with quality Welsh made gifts, household items and food. I have several items from the shop and have ordered online also. For the online order, which was a preorder for a Welsh chocolate advent calendar, order updates and communication was excellent. Would recommend.
