All the special memories and the way we met were put to music in such a way that I couldn’t have imagined! I played it when we were on our own, without telling him. He heard the lyrics and immediately his ears pricked up and he looked at me with disbelief ! Then more words resonated with him and I was beaming!! I was so happy with his response! Stopped replying when I requested a refund, did not refund me although their policy is to refund no questions asked.

I am writing regarding my recent order for a personalised song, for which I paid £39.99.

I requested cancellation of this order within minutes of making the payment. Unfortunately, my request was not acknowledged, and the song was still produced and delivered.

I would like to make it clear that:
My cancellation request was made promptly and in good faith
I did not consent to the work proceeding after my cancellation
I am dissatisfied with both the product and the lack of customer service
Given these circumstances, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider pursuing this matter further through my payment provider and relevant consumer protection channels.
