I have used Giga-Rapid for 3 months so far and I really like their service. The price is the cheapest I have found for a Seedbox and for a relatively low price you get a lot of traffic and storage. I really like that only outgoing traffic is counted against your limit and that after you hit the limit you still get some more traffic with slower speeds.
I didn't notice any outages so the reliability is so far great.
I only used the rtorrent application so I can't comment on the others.

gigarapid is one of the underdogs in the seedbox business who provide insane value for the price they offer. i had heard of them a lot and finally got to try out their plan. their bandwidth is so generous and the speeds are also good. although my seedbox faced some issue and was down for maintenance for a couple of days , it came back and works well now , that's to be expected as its a piece of equipment and can totally understand the failure. the support team was prompt and answered and clarified my doubts about the restoration process.

my plan is about to end now and i thought its time to share a few words about it to people who would want to get this plan. their payment options are versatile and i found it very convenient to pay as compared to other vendors. the bandwidth , is of course the best i think anyone provides in this price bracket and definitely makes me want to continue their plans. initially i had doubts whether it will last me or not but its more than enough for my usage , so i did not face any issues regarding the bandwidth or data management, i could freely browse and download what i want without worrying about these details

so , for anyone who is looking for a lot of bandwidth and does not need a ton of storage, this is the best seedbox you can go for , i did not find any one that competes with this one in that range. and i hope the good folks over at gigarapid keep up with this and never reduce their bandwidth offering , but can increase it if they'd like : p . lol

apart from the occasional hiccups , i would totally recommend it to any kind of user as its well worth the money!

Great costumer service. I've installed, via ssh, an app not officially supported and, even so, they took the time to help run it. Now it's like butter. Two thumbs up.

I've been using this seedbox for the past 5 months, the seedbox is high quality, bandwidth speed is the same as they promised, and sometimes even more. The performance of the seedbox is also top-notch. The quality of the customer support is the best, they are fast and issues are resolved in a day. Best seedbox I've ever used, not changing anytime soon.

Great Service. Great Customer Support. VERY SMOL PRICE.

I first encountered this fella on reddit, so i try to give it chance. Damn the caching speed is so high, and even though i was dumb AF, the customer support is keep alive and giving on-point solutions.

I have used the service for nearly 6 months. So far, I have not received any issues. I upgraded the plan, and the data transfer was flowless. The customer service is excellent. I would recommend using it.

This started with me having issues with my tracker with them, they offered me to help me to see why this is happening but i decided to request a refund and they did that.

However there was some misunderstanding regarding the refund process however the support staff was so professional and explained everything.

Another great thing about the company is that they take feedback seriously which is rare these days.

Overall the service is really good even though i had issues with my tracker the Seedbox speeds are great, they have competitive pricing for the services they offer and the customer service is so professional and helpful and active via tickets and social channels like Discord.

I rate them as follows:

- 4/5 for the service itself just for my issues with the tracker i use.

- 5/5 for having the best humans in customer service department.

Even though i refunded the service with them i am sure i will use their service again in the future.

The service is easy to pick up and understand. The lack of hassle and simplicity is one of its most attractive features. Coupled with a good price for good speeds and good storage, I'm not sure there are many competitors that have it beat.

I imagine for people who want to take full advantage of its capabilities will find it even more valuable than it is for me since I am content with only scratching its surface.

The best seedbox in value for money

Although I know of several seedboxes, I think this is the best value for money based on my experience in recent months of use. Customer service works really well and fast. When I have wanted to make some kind of query they have answered me so quickly that it seemed more like a chat conversation.
Very easy to configure. Really simple, both ftp (which is the one I use) and any application that you use and if you have a problem with something they have documentation for each app.
Within the service that I pay for, it does not give me the right to have Plex (a shame) but you can easily configure access through Kodi. It also has two types of browsers to access files from any site.
In short, really recommended for anyone even if they have no knowledge on the subject

GigaRapid's seedbox is intuitive and easy to get into as a first timer with no experience. It's pretty great value for the services you're paying for. I paid for the Gigabox Mini G10 for $8 USB and I get 1tb storage and 10 gigabit (shared). The UI is also simple to use.

I easily understood how to use the seedbox's "dashboard" to access apps such as qbittorrent and jdownloader without any/much reading. You use the apps pretty much like on your own computer but in a browser.

And downloading the files is also pretty easy/intuitive with the "Simple/Alternative Browser" app which acts like a file viewer. Though you can't delete or move files without connecting to your seedbox via a FTP client (probably to prevent users messing their files up).

Again learning how to access via FTP was easy as there are digestible guides and documentation for all their apps (the "Documentation" button is at the bottom right of dashboard).

Using Gigarapid for few months now.. coming to a year.. By far its the cheapest compare to other seedbox providers (I try other seedbox company before I found Gigarapid, and I don't plan to move nor try other seedbox company out there) and also it's performance is good enough for me. As for their customer service team is awesome and fast responds too.

This is the seedbox I feel the best. I tried many different services but stopped at giga. Very good service, easy to use user interface.

I decided to sign up for GigaRapid because their plans are cheaper than what I was using before. Also their customer service is great; they respond quickly, and resolve any problem occurred to me.

Overall, it's good service.

I purchased a slot to get away from my previous service provider and I was met with fast speeds, https download support, and reasonable pricing. I had a problem with my client and the customer service was able to fix the issue. 10/10 would recommend.
