Had the usual email about automatic renewing using card details which can be irritating. Whilst it shares as a reminder of renewal the automatic charge is a concern for those who are forgetful.
I rang the helpline and got to speak to real live human beings ...Hurrah!. Both tema members were very helpful in renewing the quote including a new health condition (knees!) which were then covered and not excluded.
Please keep humans as a frontline service. I don't want AI or chatbots.

The Gigashield flight delay payment is great. I recently had a connecting flight cancelled and Gigashield messaged me to say I would receive a payment before I’d even joined the queue of passengers at the airline desk that was rearranging flights. I had almost forgotten I had that cover.
