Gigawattwatches Myshopify Reviews

Great communication. Built a classic watch for me just from a picture.

I’m a bit of a watch nerd, and found GigaWattWatches on some Seiko forums. I reached out via Instagram, and I had a great experience. Very responsive to any questions that I had, super knowledgeable about the product and a speedy delivery of my watch. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect transaction! Great communication and a quality product

Very helpful, precise, and fast turn around. He has provided my go to everyday watch!

Gigawattwatches is 10/10. I highly recommend him! I kept seeing a watch floating around on Mod Pages and found him recommended on Reddit. He created a Seiko T-Sub with a Nato strap for me, and I love it. It was a Father's Day gift to myself, and I couldn't be happier.

Great communication from start to finish! Willingly answered my million and a half questions and does great work! Quick friendly service! Super fast shipping to boot! This watch was packaged to where it could have been literally airdropped and it would’ve survived! I would recommend to anyone needing a mod or just watch work done in general!

Mac or Gigawattwatches is an excellent watch builder. Extremely patient, prompt and has a high standard of quality to his builds. His prices are great and his QC is arguably better than seiko. His custom work is among the best I've seen in the watch mod community. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication from start to finish, even before I bought my watch and was still deciding he was quick and helpful! The watch itself rocks and looks awesome!

Very solid mod. Very clean work. Great customer service answering any and all questions. Super fast shipping to top it all off. Will shop with again in the future.

Belle montre, bonne réactivité, bon suivi, seule remarque d'amélioration: la bracelet pourrait être de meilleure qualité.

Fantastic service! Quick to answer any questions I had. Love the product.

Mac is communicative, friendly, and does fantastic work! I will buy from him again in a heartbeat.

Great product. Had a small issue, when it arrived, but it was taken care of promptly. Will definitely be purchasing more items from here again.

This is the second time I've purchased a watch from Gigawatt. This time, it was for a gift. Just like last time, the experience was exceptional -- from design, to availability, to conversations about options, the communications I received were fantastic. And the watch is perfect.

High quality product. Trustworthy. Very fast response to my order. I ordered an in stock watch and it shipped the next day, from here in the States, not from overseas. I plan on requesting a custom piece in the future. Great company to buy from. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Great experience. Open communication and great customer service!

Great looking watch and was very responsive to all my emails!! Would 100% recommend!

Absolutely incredible! The watch is stunning, with a style that’s both timeless and modern. The attention to detail in the design and build is unmatched—I can tell this is a piece that’s built to last. Shipping was lightning-fast, which was a great bonus. I’m beyond impressed and already planning my next purchase!

Excellent communication, fast shipping, and of course, an amazing quality product.

Awesome timepiece that he made for me. Couldn’t have asked for better service
