My husband purchased bacon and two packs of sausages from Bishops Stortford market. Was given a pretty pink insulated bag to put them in. The bacon was really nice but the sausages were inedible , the house was smelling awful and I had my husband check the date on the pack after testing other reviews , the did smell off. They had plenty of time on the use by date. They went in the bin and we had to open doors and windows to get rid of the smell. We have a full pack left different type of sausage. My advice go to the local butcher to purchase sausage.

Just bought some sausages from these people at Hever craft fair. Asked when sausages were good until and told October. Got home and found the use by date was yesterday. Dishonest and despicable sales practice. Will take pleasure in informing people at next show I see them at to check product date. Totally dishonest.....

Bought a large selection of sausages during the Orsett show. After eating them as a family this week for different meals we’ve not found one decent variety of sausage. What a disappointment. Romford banger, not a bad taste but the skin too tough. Pork and leak, couldn’t eat, fox was happy for it.

Personally we thought it was great
What made it for us was all our 80 or so guests thought the hog roast and sides were of a high quality and the best crackling ever. The pig was slow roasted off site complete (head and all) arrived and within 20 minutes being served. The team of two were polite clean swift and when the left there was no sign they had been there apart from satisfied consumers.
I cannot fault this compan
