Great company to tour with. We were on the Killarney tour 6th - 10th April 2026 & it was absolutely stunning. Driver extremely competent, helpful, knowledgeable & such a nice guy. Seats very comfortable & ambience on coach excellent. Seem to stay at best hotels which are great, good food & very clean.

Just returned from Easter tour to Loch Lomond.
Excellent service from start to finish, hotel, food and entertainment was great and all in all good value for money.
Special mention to Philip our driver who went above and beyond to ensure a good time was had.

I paid for a trip 6 weeks in advance.i cancelled the trip with seven weeks to go.an⁶d they won't refund my money.do not travel with these people

The bus was kept in perfect condition and very comfortable and with will planed breaks through out the tours .The Maritime Hotel in Bantry that we stayed in was was very good and the meals could not have been better . So we were very happy with this Giles tour

Booked my parents a trip for a family xmas present, after all what do you buy for those that have everything they need. They’ve just returned from their coach holiday and can’t stop raving about the great experience they had from Josh the coach driver, the hotel and staff, to the new friends they’ve made. They loved the experience so much they’re currently perusing the brochure looking for their next trip. They loved the attention to detail and how they were made to feel. Thank you Giles’ tours!

Our second Giles tour to Cork and bantry what a fantastic experience. The tour and hotel was amazing . We had a great driver Davy who was excellent. Hotel Martine in bantry was fantastic great food and staff amazing so keep up the great work Giles

Fantastic day from start to finish bus arrived on time entered a lovely Warm Clean Bus informed of the Safety rules explained in detail the order of the day he was extremely helpful, polite,and funny,we had lots of time for shopping and refreshments we finished the day with a fantastic meal in Tullyglass Hotel back on the road home in lovely warm comfortable Bus with lovely background music Thank you for a wonderful day

Left Newtownards at 9.00 and after pickups travelled to Colmans nursery and Ballygally Castle for afternoon tea. Good value for the money. I Would recommend this trip as the tour was specific to our needs. The coach was very comfortable and Stacey the driver was an excellent host. We were home at a nice time. Thank you Giles tours

Had a fantastic four day tour of Galway and Connemara 19th to 22nd May. The 4*Galway Bay hotel in Salt hill was our base, overlooking the Bay and the Burren in the distance. The food was to a high standard,lovely rooms and helpful staff ,they provided us with a fan for the room as it was very hot. Sitting on the terrace under a parasol sipping a drink and watching the world go bye was unforgettable. Professional service with a smile from Neil our driver ,highly recommend this tour and the tour company.

Our bus trip was a first for us but proved to be a complete success.From start to finish there was nothing to complain about. A well organised trip which we would have no hesitation to recommend to others.Hope to use this same company again.

I went on my first bus tour with Giles to York 12th - 16th May, accompanied by my friend Margaret. Joshua Giles lovely & so approachable. A real gentleman. He went over & above to be helpful.The hotel was spotless & food lovely. The coach was immaculate & very comfortable. We would highly recommend this company & will definitely be booking another tour in

My husband and I have just returned from our first ever coach tour and didn't know what to expect. We choose Giles tours and weren't disappointed. Stacey was our driver and he was excellent, professional and went over and beyond his role, assisting all passengers on and off the coach paying extra attention to those with mobility issues and ensuring all needs were met. He was also informative throughout the trip.The coach was clean and air conditioned and Stacey ensured there was plenty of comfort breaks. The whole trip was organized from start to finish and I would definitely recommend this company. I have been looking at their brochure with a view to returning soon and have recommended it to family and friends. Well done Stacey and thank you for all your kindness we hope to see you soon. Just back from a weekend in donegal would highly recommend, josh the driver was very pleasant and interacted with everyone nothing was a problem first trip with giles tours would deffo look into doing another one in the future thanks for a great weekend

July 2024 belgrave sands hotel torquay.Fantestic stay great room great staff and the food is 5 star.The only let down on this trip were the set meals in overnight stops in mercure hotel haydock the meals puting mildly were terrible staff young kids guy in charge a vomplete idiot basil faulty was better.Breakfast however was a different story regular hotel staff well run and a good breakfast .This being the only reason I did not award 5 stars

A wonderful four day trip to York. Excellent care and attention, from a careful, kind and considerate driver. Josh Giles, is knowledgeable and happy to share his love of each area, as we travel. The hotels are carefully chosen and are always of a very high standard. We have travelled on six or so, different trips with Giles Tours, with always the same high standard of care and attention. The coaches are spotlessly clean. Booking is simple and the prices are very competitive.

After an early morning start, we were on our way to several other NI pickup points to collect more passengers. Soon the coach was full, a good sign that both the company and the tour are popular. Our driver, Josh, gave useful commentary and information as we progressed. There were coffee shop stops on the various trips on each of the days, Unfortunately, with a tight schedule some were a bit rushed. Josh was always were informed as to the best places to go, for views, buildings, etc. The hotel, Gleneagle, was well located, the staff of which were friendly, helpful and made it a happy location. Food was great, and in an extremely busy place was served promptly. The only negative point to make is in respect of evening dinner times, which varied too much.

Our guide Josh was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable about the area and a pleasure to speak with. We were under a bit of a time crunch issue and he coordinated all of our stops perfectly, including making a lunch reservation for us while we were out at one of the sites so that when we arrived, we were able to be seated right away. Josh went above and beyond!

Gary the driver was very helpfull assisting people up the coachsteps wed plenty stops in journeygary waspolite at all times.However the hotel was not the bestthe rooms werebasic stained carpetsFood not greatbut entertainment excellent in ballroomldlike too suggest maybe the driver could one off nights taken coach out too see illuminations as in rain the trams were full andwe were soakedthe trips were goodtoo clevleys and fleetwood marketbargains to find..

My husband and I have never been on a bus tour before and because my husband brian had a stroke with mobility issues we thought this would be an ideal hotel to stay in. I love swimming but,couldn’t find the pool asked at reception to be told it hadn’t been opened since before covid. My issue is that leisure facilities are on the brochure which is clearly wrong. We also had to sit at the table and not eat at any other until the end of the hotel stay the food really was awful and for me a vegeterian they had to give me the hotel menu as the tour menu had nothing on it on the last evening I had curry simply delicious so I would love to know from you’re long time in this business £1150 is way to high a price for this sort of hotel.Maureen Gillespie 15/1/2024

Overall experience was fantastic, the bus driver Andrew was a complete gentleman and enjoyable weekend. Hopeing to travel with yous again in the near future
