Communication is always straightforward, friendly, and refreshingly free of jargon for jargon’s sake. He clearly has a strong grasp not only of the markets themselves, but also of the ever-growing range of investment platforms available and the practical pros and cons of each.

Most importantly, his recommendations are thoughtful, sensible, and prudent rather than flashy — which, for a private investor like myself, is probably one of the most desirable qualities an adviser can offer. Giles was an absolute pleasure to work with. His email communication was always prompt, clear, and professional. During our Zoom meetings, he was polite, articulate, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Giles took the time to understand my personal circumstances and helped me consolidate my pensions while selecting a scheme aligned with my personal values, such as ethical investments. The detailed report he provided gave me confidence in his expertise, and at every stage, he explained the information in an easy-to-understand way.
