Great product! I love gifting them to friends and family!

Ordered a Mothers Day gift for myself and my mom-I LOVE the silk pillowcases ! Also the jade comb that is wonderful for hair stimulation. I have been happy with all the products I have gotten over the years.

So far I have purchased many items from Anna.
My first order there was a mistake as I was sent the wrong item. Anna let me keep the item, and she sent me the correct item. The order arrived practically the very next day. I Order the body brushes which I love, I use two of them at a time.
I purchased several of the Gua Sha stones. They are beautiful and a wonderful size. I had seen others on line and they seemed small and very poor quality. These Gua Shas are quite large and are great quality and so easy to handle. I also purchased the Ginger Chi mask for my mom. She loves it and I have one for myself as well.
I plan on making the Gua Sha stones a part of my daily routine. So far I have been using the Skin brushes on a daily basis to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

I am very happy with the guasha and the mushroom, I bought. I do my research and only buy high quality products. I rather pay more for quality than pay less for cheap products that will cost me more in the long run. I placed my order and then realized, I had a 15% discount coupon that didn’t use. I emailed Gingerchi and they refund me the money. That is exceptional customer service. Very few companies are willing to do that. Thank you! Gingerchi.

I love the jade face roller! I place it in the fridge so it is cold before I use it. I have noticed significant decrease in puffiness and increased muscle tone of my face.

I am impressed not only with the fast shipping, but the overall presentation & the products. I loved the interesting brown paper that encased the products & the drawstring bags that held them. Very nice! I love the jade pieces. I bought the Gua Sha tool, the Jade roller & Face & Hair Comb They feel marvelous & all do a nice job of smoothing my skin. My head used to get itchy, but since using the comb thru my hair that is gone.
Having bought other Gua Sha tools claiming to be jade which were actually green dyed glass, you can tell by the colors that the GC tools are actually genuine jade & the owner details how & where she obtains the jade . The roller is cold when applied to the skin which makes it feel more effective. I'll have to wait to give feedback on the Skin Regenerating & Argon oil until I've used them for a while, but they do feel good when applied.
All in all a great experience shopping at GingerChi & I highly recommend it.

This place is like magic. The store is just beautiful, warm and inviting. Everytime you place an order, you get a personal note from the owner - a nice touch that no one does. The products are packaged beautifully and the products are yummy.

I got to talk to a live person and I received the product right away but my bottle fell in the sink and broke ; I only managed to save a few drops! I felt so sad for my accident!
