Super fast shipping. I ordered it on October 13, shipped from Italy to the Midwestern part of the United States, and it arrived on October 19. Much faster shipping than I expected. And the purse was absolutely fabulous.

My husband and I did visit the store in Rome on August 3rd. I purchased many lovely leather shoes, purses, belts and wallets. When I got home to Wisconsin I realized I should have bought the 2 purses I left behind. I contacted the store and they sent the purses to me. I received them in a very short period of time. I am so pleased with how I was helped in the store and the quality of all my purchases. We will be back in Rome in the Spring and look forward to shopping in their store again.

I purchased a beautiful kid hide leather jacket from the store when I was visiting Florence in June. The staff, particularly Matiar, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The jacket is superb quality and fits perfectly. I liked it so much that I ordered the winter version of the same jacket. It was a seamless ordering process, Matiar was very helpful. The jacket arrived promptly and is as good as the first one I bought.

I had recently bought some beautiful items from the store in Rome when I was travelling through. When I came back to Australia I ordered more via post and I received them within days. The customer service and quality of items is excellent. Thank you Giovanni

My wife and I stopped by on the 9th, I saw a coat I really liked, but we had just got to Rome,and I wasn’t ready to commit. After looking at just about every other leather shop in Rome, we came back, the owner was there. He was very kind, I purchased the coat. Today my wife went back and purchased a coat for herself. The owner wasn’t there at first, but his staff was a great as he was.
All of the staff, were knowledge, friendly, and went (out of the way) to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our leather jackets. Which if of course, one of the best things you can bring home with you from Italy.

The store and the people that work in the store the owner all were so helpful in figuring out what kind of jacket was right for me. They took care measurements. They were friendly. They were helpful in picking out Color. They take the time to tell you how to take care of the jacket once you have it and give you a lot of information on that to follow .It was just a delightful experience and my jacket is beautiful.

I was visiting Rome and quickly noticed a gorgeous leather jacket in a boutique. Unfortunately I was not able to go back. I saw it again in a window in Florence and still loved it. I could not stop thinking about this jacket so I contacted the company through the website upon my return home. The person I was communicating with managed to figure out which jacket I had seen and was extremely helpful with the process of getting this jacket to me in Montreal. I just received it and it's even nicer than I remember. The leather is so incredibly soft and the styling is so so good. Communicating was easy and prompt. My experience was excellent.

Wow they exceeded my expectations in terms of customer and quality service!! I bought a jacket in their Florence store about 6 years ago… I since moved to warmer weather and never wore the jacket in 4 years and only a handful of times previously I noticed there were oil stains around the neckline and wouldn’t wear it so I wrote for help. They said to return to them for repair - they were not concerned about the timing of my payment and they scheduled a pick up at my house .. and in the package I wrote a note that asked if were possible would they consider replacing the jacket in black vs the light leather hide color I was sending back.. maybe the black would be easier to maintain in my humid climate.

Lo and behold they granted that wish and sent me a brand new jacket in my size.

Pretty incredible and sent it even before they received my payment - they trusted me and I trusted them .. so rare Amazing!!! What n experience!!!

I am grateful and so excited to wear my new jacket

I bought a leather boot and a sandal from the Giovanni Adami shop 2 years ago, They're really beautiful, with great stitching and shape. Even after two years, they still look brand new. High quality items and nice staff!

I originally bought a leather jacket from Giovanni Adami a couple of years ago when I was in Florence. I loved the jacket so much that decided to have another one. But this time the experience was so much greater. Giovanni’s personalised approach to my leather trench coat and attention to detail resulted in a true masterpiece. They were so amazing to deal with from start to finish. I will cherish the trench coat for ever!!!
