I ordered DeeDee back in January. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this product. So much of a bad experience it caused me pain. I reached out to their customer service team to explain what happened, which by the way was so embarrassing to have to explain to strangers! I was not listened to, was declined a refund, and instead was offered store credit. I figured I had no choice so I accepted and purchased the Missy Mini with my store credit. I have to say - this product also sucks. Whilst it didn’t cause me pain or anything along those lines, it just sucks. You’re much better off spending less money on better options, such as the Satisfyer Pro. I find it absolutely disgusting that their customer service team, after I humiliated myself, didn’t listen to what I said, nor did they bother to find out more information. What I find most disgusting about that is the fact I said I experienced PAIN, and no one from their customer service team cared enough to investigate. Whilst I can understand the reason for not offering refunds on these kinds of products, DeeDee caused me pain - something I wouldn’t have known until purchasing the item. Signed a girl who definitely did not GET OFF.

Lulu arrived this afternoon, and she is worth every penny! Don’t let the lightweight look fool you, she is mighty!
