Hice una compra en la web donde figuraba que era su página y resultó que no era una compra sino una suscripción y una gift card que no era lo que se ofrecia.
No solo no me devolvieron el dinero sino que unilateralmente cancelaron la suscripción ante mi reclamo
Su respuesta fue que no están asociados a ninguna otra web o empresa
Todo muy RARO.

I had an issue where I was in advertently subscribed to givegift but I must say as soon as I contacted them they were so easy to deal with and in a matter of a few minutes were able to unsubscribe me and refund me the amount that was taken from my account. However beware, as I am 4weeks on and they have debited my card to a total if 89euros instead of crediting my account with39euros as promised. Everyti.e i contact them tney apologise promise to remburse but instead steal more money. This is a scan, so BEWARE

GROSSE ARNARQUE ! Ce site pratique le phishing en envoyant des offres de promotions RITUALS pour votre anniversaire. Quand vous cliquez sur le lien, vous ne vous méfiez pas car ils ont votre nom, votre prénom, votre date de naissance, notre adresse e-mail, donc cela paraît authentique. Sauf qu’une fois le prix payé, vous vous retrouvez à être abonnés à ce site pour 64€ (par semaine ? Par mois ? Ils ne disent même pas).
Ils vous empêchent de résilier l’abonnement dans les 24 premières heures, et quand vous arrivez enfin à vous désabonner, ils vous disent dans le mail que votre abonnement sera résilié dans 14 jours, ce qui est complètement illégal en FRANCE (= ils peuvent vous prélever l’abonnement entre temps).
À fuir !!! J’ai dû faire opposition à ma CB par leur faute
Et depuis cet incident, je reçois des arnaques par SMS tous les jours (ils avaient demandé mon numéro de tel)

This company reels you in through an enticement it does not fulfil then tells you that you subscribed to membership through their terms and conditions. I cancelled my subscription and they promised a refund then promptly attempted to further debit my account. Beware, this is not a legitimate site.
