This past year I purchased my gift cards for Christmas Gifts. I gifted these to relatives in different states. They loved it !!!
Everyone likes keeping spending in there community ❤️.
There was only one exception, but this company responded quickly to me. And replaced the missing card to me at my request ❤️.
Will be doing a lot more gift card shopping with them. 😊😊

I don’t buy many things online, but this really was a easy way to get a gift to someone that I could not see on their birthday. And then when this person lost their gift card, givearang was so helpful with getting it replaced. Who does that anymore?

I purchased a $100 card & later found out from the recipient that they wouldn’t be able to receive the card in their vacation home mailbox ( no access). Anyway I immediately emailed the Company and they offered to cancel that card and reissue at a better address. The whole process of ordering.. getting updates on the status of the delivery and the cancellation.. reissue and communication was handled beyond expected. I would definitely recommend this company as it also supports the many terrific businesses in North Myrtle Beach !!

Evidently the person "in charge" had never seen this type of card before. What could have been a disaster restored my faith in mankind! Mark, from customer service, responded to my plea immediately and refunded my money. He was so kind and apologetic when it wasn't even his fault. I'll be using this service again!
Roy was very helpful when I couldn't find the electronically sent gift card in my email. He kindly worked with me until the problem was resolved.
I messed up on my order and they took care of it for me and responded right away! Great service!

I accidentally deleted the email with my gift card info. Roy at Giverrang was very helpful in getting the email resent to me, so that I could give the gift as I intended!

I purchased an e-gift card through giverrang.com and had it sent directly to my sister who is a senior citizen. I received my receipt immediately, but in checking with her, the e-gift card wasn’t delivered yet. I contacted customer service via email late in the day on Christmas Eve and didn’t expect to hear back until Monday, December 26, but I got a response from Roy early on Christmas morning. He confirmed that the e-gift card had gone out to the correct address right after I’d ordered it. He also provided some options as to where it might have gone in her email folders. After three attempts (all on Christmas Day) at helping my sister locate it she was finally successful. (It was a case of user error!) I felt that Roy went above and beyond in helping my sister to locate her Christmas gift!

Ordering a gift card from overseas wasn’t working on the website, so I sent an email to customer service, with a very quick response and great assistance and got my card ordered and sent out very quickly. Really happy with the service! Thanks Mark, you were great.
I recently had issues with receiving my plastic gift card. Mark Walerysiak Jr was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. He answered promptly to all emails and was a great help!
