They continue to stand behind individuals who openly use racist language, including calling Black people racial slurs with the hard ‘er,’ and that is completely unacceptable. Instead of taking accountability or condemning that behavior, the company appears to tolerate and support it.

They support a crossdresser who turned into an open carry cowboy goading while open carrying, filming and following people and calling the N-word and chimps for No reason. Chudthebuilder. He should worry about his own life, doesn't seem like he cares

Absolute worst experience of my life. When you make a fundraiser it's usually for something important they don't think anything's really important waiting two weeks on a tiny cash out because I've asked everyone not to bother donating after the first donation came in and realizing that I will probably never get my hands on one scent of it

I MADE A CAMPAIGN FOR MY TERMINALLY ILL MOTHER IN MID JANUARY SHE WAS PLACED ON HOSPICE, SHE HAS 3 KINDS OF CANCER SPREADING THROUGH HER BODY RAPIDLY, I LOST MY JOB IN THE MIST OF ALL THIS HAPPENING SO FAST, MY MOM WASN'T A SAVER SHE WAS ON A LOW BUDGET AND DISABLED SO I CREATED A CAMPAIGN TO HELP MY SISTER AND I WITH THE COST OF HER FUNERAL SERVICE. SHE HAD NO LIFE INSURANCE AND THIS HIT US VERY UNEXPECTED SO THERE was no time to save. Do I make this campaign, share it with everyone ask them to share anywho I ended up with 1 donation of $100. That $100 sat in that account untouched until I was ready to use it. So I have to verify I'm a person, send my driver's license and bank account number blah blah so tell me why THE INSTANT I REQUESTED THAT PAY OUT MY ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED AND MY POST DELETED. NOW MIND YOU THIS ACCOUNT BEEN OPEN OVER A MONTH CUSTOMER SERVICE GONNA EMAIL ME TELLING ME THAT THEIR INTERNAL SYSTEM SAID IM A RISK ON THE PLATFORM, THE DECISIONS FINAL AND EVEN THOUGH I OFFER TO SEND IN ANY AND ALL PROOF THIS IS A LEGIT CAMPAIGN THEY TELL ME THE DONATIONS BEEN SENT BACK TO THE DONOR, MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED AND I CANT USE THIS PLATFORM. LIKE BE FOR REAL. I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM. AND THERE IS NO APPEAL PROCESS ALLOWED. IF YOU NEED A RELIABLE PLATFORM USE GO FUND ME. In comparison to another fundraiser site I used, this one left me confused when it comes to receiving the donated funds. They use the word "available" to describe receiving your funds. There's no distinction or explanation between "available " "sending" "transferring " "transfered" prior to my trial and error attempts at figuring it out. Im still not clear on when I will have funds in my bank due to all the different wait times for anything and everything that I do to my campaign, 5 days for this, 3 addition days for that, 7 days if you do this. Too complicated and time consuming for me. I need my funds ASAP and have no clue if that is happening.

Clearly promoting harmful, racist behaviours through their funding pages, refusing to take down fund-raising pages for people who have - rightfully - lost their jobs as a result of racially abusing others (and being proud of it). Stop protecting the worst of society. Gross.

This site should just be taken down. It promotes racist and dangerous behavior. That they tu to mark with Christianity. Not only did it pri.ote hate. It's a literal danger to the community. Not sure who needs to get involved but it definitely needs to be taken down.

Really disappointed that your platform is supporting someone who used hate speech and was being racist while at work. Referring to the Shiloh Hendrix campaign Especially because this company claims to be a Christian company to support that behavior but not only support but reward that hateful behavior by allowing her to raise money and use her hateful comments which is why she got fired to be seen as a victim when losing your job over hate speech and racism is a simply a consequence yet the platform continues to offer support for a hate speech and racism directed at a child at that.

Supports racists. Honestly, it has a massive campaign for Crystal Wilsey, the woman who was fired for calling someone the "n" word and then proudly stating "i'm a racist". Her cousin also has one on the same platform claiming that the same woman was "fired for being white because she demanded respect from someone that had no business being there in the first place".

Terms of service state they won't fund abortions, or gender affirmation surgery, but racism is clearly OK.

Oh, you can even send prayers using this platform. Guess that tells you everything you need to know about the kind of people that run it.

This company supports racists and criminals. There should be guidelines when it comes to setting up accounts for donations. UNETHICAL AND DISGUSTING.

This company claims Christian values but supports racists. There are no regulations or restrictions and horrible people are allowed to set up accounts as if they are victims. Don’t use it or support these fundraisers.
