Imani helped solve my problem. I really liked how quickly they responded to me. My issue was resolved with only a couple of emails. I would have given 5 stars but my issue needed to be escalated to Imani.

I'm not sure what all of this means regarding my refund and vouchers. Where do I go to redeem vouchers. Where are they? Did you send me a package from Spain.

Gizmoward is doing a fine job in doing its customers well. Even the unintended ones. My card was charged by a mistake and when they were notified they immediately sent me the below letter apologizing for the misunderstanding and offering me a complimentary voucher as a good will gesture as wel l as returning the money that was previosly removed from my account. I was great full for the email and will have reached total elation once I've received my money. Another review will follow once this matter is fully resolved.

I had to contact your company because I saw a second charge from your company. I worked with Jeremy and I told him what I thought was my purchase. He is processing a refund because I thought I was buying was buying was hobby lobby diamond art kits and not credits from your company.

Fueron buenas porque me ayudaron bastante , pero serian mejores cuando me depositen los descuentos que me hicieron.

I’m very upset about this, I’ve been charged 5 times I canceled this and yet you still charged me another charge today!

Very rough start, online scam that I fell for. Very confusing plot, since I thought I was getting a certificate for a Composter at Home Depot. After many attempts to call and email, the chat bot hung up on me.
Eventually a nice lady called Emily from the Escalation Team took pity on me. As a kindness to “Emily” I gave three unwarranted stars. She was the only thing good about it, after a lot of worry and pain.
Sorry guys, get a real job and leave us poor senile elders alone.
