I can't tell you much about their PO because I only bought in stock items, but man, they are amazing!!! I feel bad that they have so many bad reviews:( I was honestly hesitant on ordering from them because of all the negative reviews. However, I had paypal so I went ahead and placed an order: I bought 4 Haikyu patches, a charm, sticker, and 2 packs of cards. So here's what I LOVE about them:
-price; their prices are lower than average, and what mostly prompted me to order lol
-products; legit and in perfect condition with their packaging in perfect condition as well
-great packaging; they could have sent it in a padded envelop, but instead, they sent it in a double walled corrugated box with plenty of bubble wrap on top!!!
- fast and cheap shipping; they sent it within the next 24 hours after I placed my order, and shipping was only $4.99( they even included the invoice too)
-FREE pins; they gave me 3 pins(Zoro, and 2 other anime characters), with a little note saying "A gift for you from GK World! We appreciate your order and value your business. So here is a small token to say THANKS! and Have a great day!" Isn't that sweet???
-small family run business; at the end of my invoice it says "Thank you very much for your purchase! We're a small family run business, and we do our best to strive for nothing less than 5 star service. So if you have any concerns or questions about your order please DO NOT hesitate to contact us, as we are more than willing to fix whatever issue you may have."
I will be shopping from them again for sure because they're really great, and I'm so happy I took the chance at ordering from them.

Ps. I will be C&P this review to other sites in hopes that other people WON'T automatically stay away from them because I really like this company; No, I am not affiliated with them whatsoever. I just think they're being underrated so I want to remedy that a little because I don't want them to go bankrupt:(

I've been waiting for 5-6 months for an order I *PAID* for to arrive, but it's been "awaiting fulfillment." They've been refusing to respond to my phone calls, email, anything really. DO NOT buy from this site.

bought 3 figures and a t-shirt here, but they never send it for 2 months! sent them numerous emails and they had only ever responded once, by saying the items are back-ordered. I demand my payment to be refunded, but they ignore me completely! nightmare to deal with and stay away from them!

they don't really have what they listed, and the prices are not cheap. I ordered 4 items and only got 1! I waited for over a month to get only 1 item, after emailing them they said will send me the other items soon. Now waited another 3 weeks and nothing. I should had done a research on this site before placing my order! stay away!

bought a plushie and a few t-shirts here that they came in totally different items! it is not as described, and they don't follow up my complaints at all. ridiculous and horrible services
