Ordered twice from this company. The first was a beautiful 60’s style outfit that got lots of compliments and was great quality. The second was a dress in the sale which unfortunately didn’t suit me. I returned this for a refund and received the refund quickly without any problems whatsoever. Wish more company’s were this good-thank you!

I bought a few items in my country and I liked their clothes. I thought to buy them online but that was a big big mistake!!!! I ordered a coat on December 26th and I didn’t get it until now almost a month ago!!!!!!!!!! The company is not answering my emails in anyway and I never seen such a horrible customer service!!!!!!!! I just want you all To think twice before ordering cause maybe you won’t get what you’ve ordered 😡

I paid for next day delivery on Friday they still haven’t arrived it’s now Tuesday ! Won’t ever be ordering again

Returns process is actually shocking it is the worst of them all not made easy in the slightest feel like I'm trying to jump through hoops

No phone number, no email response when I emailed a return of items request. Sent me size 6 items not size 10 items as I ordered. Scammers!

I waited until I received my order in the mail to write this review. I am honestly very impressed by this company. They sell affordable, SUSTAINABLE, excellent quality clothing, and all of those in the same sentence is a miracle. I was able to get a gorgeous dress made from recycled material for less than 30 USD! That's actually better than most fast fashion these days. The quality is beautiful; no stitch out of place, fabric was very soft. Sizing is accurate, too! I was afraid my size 6/8 in US wouldn't translate well to UK sizing, but I was indeed a size UK 10! I definitely recommend this company. I love what they stand for and their beautiful clothes.

I realize that I just recently placed my order, order #GRO70849 it shows awaiting shipment. Any details would be nice. I had a difficult time finding a contact us on their main site.

I ordered 47 things and there was 0 delivered That just says enough.
