I ordered for items, yet to receive delivery updates after paying for a next day delivery service. The number on your website is not functional as well.

Ordered a pack of 3 conditioners, one came broken and the others had also spilt. I emailed pictures and informed them of this, even following up but got no response.

I have to leave a review because I was sceptical after seeing negative reviews but I placed an order hoping for the best.

I then sent them a message asking them not to mess the order up as it’s for a charity event.

I received everything today and the correct amount. The price was great also!

I ordered some items,1 item was not what I ordered also I ordered eye make up remover and there is things floating in the bottles not just in 1 but all 6. I bought to put in presents as a wee extra but will not be able to give them as not giving things for eyes that does not look right. I have emailed them also sent pictures but no reply. Please be aware and do not order from them they take your money for rubbish complete SCAM

Order 2107: I am deeply disappointed with this company. I have tried to resolve this issue privately with them but seen as they have not responded to my emails and even Instagram message I have decided to leave a review seen as it seems I won’t be getting my money back! I order lipglosses in bulk for an event, they sent me a few of the wrong colour and didn’t even send out the right amount I paid for! This ruined the experience of the event as I could not gift my guests as the colours were mumble jumbled despite only ordering ONE COLOUR! They have ignored all my emails, I even tried to message on their Instagram page which has not been responded to, their WhatsApp link from their webpage doesn’t work neither! They do not respond regardless of what platform you contact them on! How disappointing and frustrating! DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!

No issues. Items arrived, as ordered, in a timely manner and well packed. Quality products at great value for money. Would recommend.

UPDATE...I did finally get a refund for the missing item after much badgering. Never received a single apology, just excuses. Definitely one to avoid!

I ordered three items through their website. I received only 2 items but payment was taken for 3. I have since been trying to contact them via email as instructed which bounced back as undeliverable. I then tried WhatsApp as suggested on their site but this message too has remained undelivered. I tried calling the WhatsApp mobile number and no answer so I text and no response. I would not order again from this company. if they do contact me to resolve the issue, I will amend my review accordingly but I'm not holding out hope so AVOID.

Fraudulent -payment taken but items won’t get delivered!

When you reach out to the seller at glamorous looks - they claim they take pics to prove item were sent. Which means they won’t be sending you the missing items you paid for in case it goes missing during transit.This business is not insured to take orders and give customers a satisfactory resolution. No response after the last message and now I am disputing it with PayPal to get my money back for what I paid for was never received.
