A fabulous product. We have very hard water so the shower screens gets a white smear on them that is impossible to clean, even though it is wiped down every day. Glassguard has cleaned all the glass beautifully - a company I'll definitely be buying from for all my glass cleaning needs in the future. Excellent service too.

It really works! With just one application my teens shower and tub looks white again. There was just a few places I had to let sit longer. Will recommend and buy again.

I tried everything to clean the white grout in my master shower. Nothing worked. One application with glass guard and it is all white again. One tiny spot needed to be done twice, but was perfect after the second time. Highly recommend.

Not very good. The ads show that it's super easy to wipe away you get a mould free surface, especially in the rubber of a washing machine. This is not the case, the mould stays and the glass guard just creates a greasy mess, even after leaving it for over 5 hours. Would not recommend

I was pleasantly surprised. While it didn't get 100% of the mold off, it did get like more than 80% of it. Super easy to use and I didn't even use very much, so I'll have plenty for next time. No complaints.

I normally don’t write reviews but this is honestly the best thing that I have found to remove the mold that builds up on the caulking in the shower it’s a lot easier than removing the old caulk and redoing. Great product!

I thought our old bathroom was doomed…the tub and fiberglass surround of 40 years had lots of mold stains. I bought this even though it was a somewhat pricey gamble and was pleasantly surprised at the results. It isn’t perfect…there were a couple stubborn areas where it remained but MOST of the mold faded and was gone. It looks SO much better. A vast improvement. Thankful for a product that really does its job.

This product did an amazing job. We thought we might have to redo our shower but not anymore! The black mold is gone!

Worked great for me. I had two black mold spots on some grout in my shower that has been there since I moved in 7 years ago. I've tried all sorts of products to remove it and this is the only one that has worked. Left it on for about 4 hours and when I wiped the product away the spots were gone. Amazing!

It’s a bleach product even though it’s advertised as not being one. And then even with bleach, in can’t get rid of mold or mildew in showers the way it claims.

Also, when they email asking how you’d rate the product, if you click 1 or 2 stars they link you back to their page to ‘contact us’. They only link you out here to review if you select 4 stars or higher. I had to keep clicking their email to figure that out so that I could leave an honest review.

The shipment came quick (approx 5 days) & works wonderfully! I left the product on some grout areas in my shower that I haven't been able to get clean no matter what I used or how hard I scrubbed. After about 4 hours of it sitting, I wiped the gel away with a damp cloth to find a good majority of the black that previously wasn't able to get rid of was gone! During the sitting process, there was a slight bleach-like smell, which is why the instructions say to have proper ventilation while using it. I now leave my shower curtain open more often (which I kept closed all the time before) so I can admire Glassguard's work on a daily basis!

I purchased the gel to whiten my kitchen sink grout which had turned black. It worked like a charm in about 2 hours the black was gone!

Edit: As you can see from Glassguards reply, the same excuses have been regurgitated. At the end of the day I carefully read the instructions on the website and the packaging, followed instructions to the tee, and am left with a ruined shower floor. I’d love to see where abouts on the website it suggests to check with the tile manufacturer before using the product! (I asked at least twice for them to direct me to this advice as it’s not very helpful after the fact!)
I also offered for the company to just compensate me for a wet seal product that I will purchase to conceal the damage from their product, I believe the total cost was less than $70 NZD, a reasonable middle ground! But I have now been ignored, in their own words, “as far as we are concerned the case is now closed”

Zero stars for product and zero stars for customer service.

I tried to resolve this issue privately but Glassguard are not willing to come to the party.

Do not trust GlassGuard’s advertising or their so-called “customer service.”

I purchased their Miracle Mould Removal Gel based on the clear claims on their website that it is safe to use on tiles. Nowhere did it state that it was only suitable for “sealed, non-porous” tiles, or that I should check with my tile manufacturer before use — yet this is the excuse they repeatedly fell back on once their product caused permanent damage to my almost brand-new bathroom.

Despite following their instructions to the letter (including a patch test and thoroughly washing the product away), the next day I was left with discoloured, ruined tiles. Their response?
• Deny any fault with the product.
• Claim I must not have removed it properly (despite evidence to the contrary).
• Repeatedly invent “warnings” about tile compatibility that are not listed anywhere on their product page.
• Insist that because they’ve “never had this complaint before,” my case must be my fault.

The most insulting part is that they positioned the damage as an “anomaly” yet refused to compensate me beyond refunding the $40 I spent on the product — leaving me to foot the bill for repairs to tiles worth thousands of dollars.

This is not just poor customer service, it is misleading advertising and a refusal to take responsibility when their product fails. Instead of standing by their guarantee of safety for tiles, they shut the case, blamed the customer, and hid behind scripted excuses.

If you value your home, avoid this company. Their products are not as safe as they claim, and their “support” is nothing more than polite stonewalling.

Exceptional customer service! Due to my shower being too old, 30+ years, the mold cleaner & glass cleaner didn't really work. I contacted Glassguard not expecting a reply, within the hour I had a reply and within the day I had a refund. I highly recommend everyone give this product a try!

Glassguard is magical! I had mold stains on my sink that I could not get rid of despite trying several methods. The mold remover gel was so easy--I let it sit for 5 hours and then was able to easily wipe away the gel and the mold stains in the caulk were gone! I could not believe how easy it was! I am thrilled!

This product absolutely saved my sink and counter area! I have white marble counters that always hold water and have gotten mold on them, under the caulk, and in the sink. I have tried everything! This worked in a couple of hours!!! Before this, I was considering getting new countertops because that was how bad it looked….

I bought this product with the hope that after 2-3 cleanings it would at least take away most of the minerals on the door. To my great surprise it only took 1 use and the door was sparkling. Best product I’ve ever bought for my door
