Here at Aldridge Installations Ltd. It has been myself and my dad trying to make it work for the longest time!

After a few years and some staff coming and going, we managed to get to a stage in 2024 where we could bring on a dedicated office team member. At the end of 2024 to early 2025 we were able to bring on an additional office team member to assist with processing and pricing. However, this opened our eyes up to the fact that we required some sort of CRM Software.

After some research, we found Danny at Glazepoint, it's safe to say the rest is history! Since starting to use Glazepoint, we have managed to get into a groove with our work load making things a lot more streamlined. We are now able to do so much more with much less work.

Searching for job files is now an easy task (no more digging through paperwork). The archiving system works well and we can retrieve anything by pressing a few buttons!

Danny is very supportive and always a phone call away, he is prepared to do in house visits and video calls to assist in any way required!

We have been using Glazepoint for around 8 months now and it is one of the best in-house decisions we have made in a long time. I couldn't recommend enough for any growing Window & Door business.

With over 12 years in the glazing industry, I can confidently say this system is as good as anything else out there and miles ahead of some of the older packages. The team are attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The pricing structure is incredibly competitive, making this excellent value as a package. With scope to expand the available features, I only see this getting better and better.
