This service is meant to provide accurate feedback to scriptwriters. I submitted a script that begins with a ship running aground on a beach. The feedback I received referred to a spaceship landing, which has nothing to do with my script. I was both shocked and appalled. I emailed to complain several times and labelled my emails as complaints, but no one had the common decency to reply. What dreadful customer service. How can anyone trust that their script has been correctly read, let alone trust the feedback received? I told them I was deleting my account, but still no response, except for an automated email offering me a discount to rejoin. I would not recommend this service to any scriptwriter.
