The administration at global expansion is appalling.
The administration at global expansion is appalling. Their rates are eye watering and they invoice you at a rate that is far above market rates and then, on conversion of staffing salaries, at a rate that is also way above published rates.
We notified them of our intention to cancel and, 3 months later, they still hold onto our deposit for no reason other than they don't want to pay it - and their system still sends us invoices for services that finished months ago. Its not ill intent, I'm sure - just gross incompetence which is not something you want when dealing with peoiple's livlihood.
They get 1 star because they at least paid the employee.

Poor choice of working with Proclaz
Jasmine who is supporting us is prompt and patient, however the choice of who GX worked with, such as Proclaz in Singapore is a horrible choice. They are not present here and doesn't understand the local situation. Our health insurance is still in limbo after such a long time, and the lack of updates is worrying.

Personal onboarding process
Very personal onboarding process, swift responses from staff who were happy to help whenever an issue came up. The only down side is that their website shows information that might not be applicable to different countries where staff may be based, which is sometimes confusing.

Local processes needs improvement
The support provided by GX account manager was fantastic however, I feel that the local company in Brazil is not up to speed.
As an example, my pre-employment medical examination was supposed to be booked and it wasn't. Not only that, they didn't have any information whatsoever about my process so, I had to pay for the consultation and they even made a refund in a wrong amount.
I was just so frustrated that I gave up complaining and hoped for the best for my start date.
Perhaps you could use this experience to improve the local process for the new colleagues starting in Brazil soon.
