BIG TIME SCAM! I paid for my flight and never got the tickets! It was always coming in 24 hours. Then agent quit taking calls. When I called number on line they asked first when I purchased my ticket. When I told them, they told me they "conveniently" purchased company (but not customers) after that so they were not responsible. So I am out $6K.

While searching for flights from the US to India for May 2026, I came across this website offering tickets at unbelievably low prices. I proceeded with the booking and made the payment, expecting to receive an immediate confirmation. Instead, I received a call from someone claiming that these were “group tickets” that would only be released in batches 2–3 weeks before the travel date.
They then sent me an email with a fake payment confirmation and a ticket that didn’t even include a valid confirmation number. When I followed up, they changed their story and said the tickets would be provided by the end of February. After reading several reviews, I realized this was likely a scam. I immediately disputed the transaction with my bank and was able to recover my money.

Do NOT use this website for your bookings.

Scammer, no tickets, no reply or answer phone at all… don’t deal with them

Inaited refund 25th November still not received 3600 back was told would take 7-10 working days still nothing when called again told me to dispute with my bank corrupt dodgey and need police investigation

I brought a ticket back in nov for a flight on dec 17 , they told me that I’m getting my confirmation on dec 5 , or between 2 weeks to a week before my flight , now my flight is less than a week and they don’t answer I been try to call from another number but nothing email then at lease twice a day and nothing

Worst ever experience, Scammers with heavy indian accent. Scammed money never recommended, Stolen credit card information and mis used it.

I booked a flight in August for November travel, they took all money and send me email with the flight information telling me that ticket will issue 2-3 weeks before. It’s only one week left. After contacting them several times, in between they block my number and when I start chat they disconnect. Ended up they never booked a flight. Only good they say they refunded me money. Will wait till I see in my account. But my advise never book a flight where you don’t get E-ticket or PNR number right away. Very disappointed please don’t use this website to book.

Unfortunately, I had a experience with GlobalFlightStore. After the booking was confirmed and the payment process was completed, they asked for an additional amount. I decided to cancel my booking or extra payment. I canceled it!!!. I’m sharing this here to warn others — please be cautious and do not trust this website.

This is a scam! I just tried to book a flight, got a call back from someone with a very heavy accent, telling me that the ticket will not be issued until a month before the flight, a lot of restrictions, etc. When I started questioning that what was stated on their web site does not agree with what he is saying, the guy started laughing, told me to get lost, called me a looser, etc. Stay away, these scam artists

I bought round trip tickets 2 months ago. Received my flight ticket 36 hrs before. I called American to verify the flight because of the reviews. American stated that the ticket was just paid for less than 24 ago and it’s only a 1 way ticket, and it was booked with a different credit card. American also stated that it looked like the company tried to book the return flight but cancelled it multiple times because it had 11 different confirmation numbers! Thank god I booked extra flights just in case weeks before after I read reviews! I was able to use the ticket that global flight catchers (flights nest) gave me for my flight out. They then called me 2 days before my return flight was supposed to leave and stated that the flight was completely booked and wanted me to change my dates! I obviously told them no and I wanted a refund. They are supposed to issue my refund! We will see!

Also, my friends went through the company to and was supposed to join us on our trip to Colorado but was not able to come. They received the tickets the night before they were supposed to leave and 1 was able to get a boarding pass but the other was not. American said that they would need to come to the counter. So they got up the next day for their flight early, went to DFW, and was told that the ticket did not go through.
