Global Impact Agency: Documented Breach of Ethical Procedures and Lack of Disability Accommodation
When engaged in the project management of Leading Transdisciplinary Learning Readiness for the Entrepreneurial Workforce under Dr. Ronald Coleman Williams (Coppin State University), your company, Global Impact Agency, breached ethical procedures. I disclosed my disability at the outset. I was solicited for supplementary evidence, which I submitted alongside photographic documentation of my hand injury sustained during the research process. I received confirmation that my materials would be reviewed. Moreover, I have retained all email correspondence to substantiate this review. One month later, my supplementary evidence was dismissed without explanation. The publication promises ethical leadership, collaboration, and inclusion. The documented treatment of my contribution directly contradicts those promises.
After reading the published book, I concluded that this is not collaboration. This is not inclusion. This is not ethical leadership. A publication that claims to prepare the entrepreneurial workforce for transdisciplinary learning should first demonstrate respect for the contributors who help build it. In my view, this book fails that test.
When your organization provides project management services to institutions and stakeholders, it must ensure equity, fairness, and disability accommodation while adhering to ethical procedures. These standards were not met.
