Prices used to be reasonable and now it costs almost double than what my local store is selling the same caviar for. It is their right to sell at whatever price they want but when I wrote about it on the Global Seafood’s Facebook page they just deleted my comment. Well, if that’s how you deal with your customers, I have nothing else to say.

Today I put a bold cross on this company. I was tricked with a good deal to buy fresh salmon caviar in August.
The caviar looked lovely in the picture but got a small disgrace floating in the liquid. After washing and cleaning from a mess, only 1/3 remained. I remained silent, thinking that it was an accidental oversight.
I wanted to make a Christmas present for children and bought the most expensive and high-quality Chum caviar. What I Received today was such a disappointment!
No, the box arrived on time, and the caviar remained frozen, but the size of the eggs is 2-3mm at maximum! Chum caviar eggs 6-8mm! That is why chum caviar is the most expensive red caviar on the site. Is it chum caviar? Really?
I ordered this caviar several times before the quarantine and was always satisfied with the quality. I lost trust in this company and will no longer demand anything from their website. Where is your integrity, folks?

There was no dry ice left in a box, when caviar arrived at our home. The caviar was warm to touch, we won’t try eating that. A waste of $130.

Product is great have ordered numerous times. Shipping is the problem at times FedEx does not deliver the product on the day they are scheduled to do so. This is done with no explanation or reason as to why there should be a delay in delivery as the package is on the truck and is out for delivery. This is a problem that Global Seafoods can not find a solution for.

The fish comes in a big bag; some of it becomes freezer burnt and when cooking, it is full of water. Not happy. The packages Rougheye we had last time was good; it came individually wrapped. Not happy with my order this time!

Items were easy to find and ordering process quick and easy. Food arrived when it was supposed to and packaged very well with plenty of dry ice.

My opinion, Global Seafood is a best supplier of seafood. Food is always best quality

First time I ordered from GS,, my order went into their system with out any issues, delivery was smooth, fish was still frozen,,, I mean rock solid frozen, price was good. I was looking to buy wild caught fish,, I am very happy and will shop here again. I suggest giving this place a try.

Fresh wild caught flash frozen is the only way to go unless you live on the coast and can actually buy off the boats.

If your eating farmed fish, I suggest you do some research before you buy anymore.

Never had any problems with ordering, shipping or quality . Good service and good products.
