horrible experience over 3 months and I still don't have my order, I was given excuses now they want to charge a 15% restocking fee on a order now they claimed to have but not shipped! DO NOT BUY FROM... Toon meer

I always have a positive experience doing business with GTS. The team is consistently able to address any questions or issues promptly, regarding both ordered items and delivery. After paying via credit card for my purchase, GTS tried to add an extra $250 in delivery charges in addition to the $170 I had already paid.
Insisting on renegotiating the price after offer and acceptance completely broke my trust of your American based operations.

I dropped off a temperature gage for repair and I was told that I would receive a call in a week to let me know if they could repair it. I tried calling them, but there is no way to get a human. One has to know the "extension of the person you want to reach," no directory, no department extension, nothing. I went back 5 weeks later just to find out that they could not repair it. When was someone going to call me?
I used them for 30 plus years for all my instrument calibration, but no mas. I found another company.
