I have recently purchased Ford kuga
I have recently purchased Ford kuga, it was great experience in completing the purchase smooth transaction. Coming to vehicle it's in great condition. Bilal bro was very helpful in after purchase maintenance as well. They have promised to cover one service and MOT which they did after 3 weeks of my purchase and they were ready to fix it I had any feedback in 3 week time. As they said there was no issues with vehicle in 3 week before service. Already referred them to few of my friends as well.

Bilal at Globe Automotive does what he says. Nothing too much trouble and genuinely wants a happy customer. So impressed I ended up buying two cars. Bilal aims to buy quality used cars but with lower mileage than the average and with strong service records. He responded very well to all requests and made it a pleasure buying a used car.

Bought my Hyundai Santa Fe from globe automotive last month and I honestly can say that this is the nest car dealership I have ever used! The guys answered all of our questions with full honesty! Offered us a test drive of the vehicle and within 10 minutes we were filling out paperwork! Not one part of the whole process felt pushy at all! We brought 3 of our children with us as It was my birthday and the guys were so friendly with them! They offered us drinks whilst we were sorting the paperwork out and also for the children! The car itself was clean and very well maintained! Even sorted a minor issue with the side door on site whilst we waited!
The follow up is unmatched, had a phonecall and messages to see how were getting on with the car. Would highly reccomend Globe Automotive to anyone looking at buying a used car.
