Excellent service and outstanding customer support! I had an issue connecting my eSIM in Turkey, and the Globie support team responded quickly, patiently guided me through the troubleshooting process, and promptly issued a replacement eSIM when needed. It was activated without any hassle, and everything worked perfectly afterwards. Highly recommend Globie for reliable travel connectivity and exceptional customer service.

Simple to use, always had 5g signal. Was warned when used half, and then most of, my data.

I needed help with receiving the setup email, I received a response quickly from the support team who managed to locate my purchase that I had accidently set up against another email. They were very responsive in resolving my issue quickly, great support team.

I had a bit of trouble with my phone which wasn’t identifying the eSIM, and so the Globie team responded instantly (literally within like 2 minutes) and sorted it out super fast. It’s very rare for an eSIM provider to have this easy and this rapid response so I appreciate all the effort put in to make the customer experience perfectly smooth and I will 100% be using Globie in the future.

Their 5G data in Thailand works well. It's fast and reliable and the installation only took about a minute for me. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling there.
