Shop, it has pictures of beautiful clothing, and what gets delivered has nothing to do with the pictures.
I’ve asked for refund, and they have vanished.

The product I received does not match the photos and description on the website at all. In the photos, the item looks rich and high-quality, but in reality it’s clear that fabric was skimped on and the material quality was sacrificed. The design is different, the sleeves are too narrow, and the length is much shorter. This is outright consumer deception and misleading advertising. I am extremely disappointed — this was meant to be a gift for my daughter-in-law, and I am embarrassed by such a “gift.”

This website is a scam. What they show on the site is not what they send.
I ordered based on the photos and description, but the product I received was completely different—cheap, low quality, and nothing like what was advertised. It feels like deliberate deception.
I contacted customer service multiple times. They ignored my messages, refused to properly handle the complaint, and did not return my money. No real support, no responsibility, no honesty.
This is not just bad service. This is misleading customers and taking their money without delivering what was promised.
Do not order from this site. Save your money, your time, and your nerves.

Mi sono lasciata ingannare dalle bellissime immagini e me ne pento.
I prodotti non corrispondono alle immagini.
La qualità è pessima, proprio plasticaccia stampata.
Bisogna sempre controllare le recensioni prima di comprare...

C’est dommage qu’on ne peut pas mettre de photos dans les posts trustpilot, j’aurais bcp aimé montrer ce que j’ai commandé sur Gloritouch, et ce que j’ai reçu 😂 c’est juste une blague, j’aurais préféré ne rien recevoir du tout, que l’article que j’ai reçu, que j’avais acheté à 46 euros quand même. C’était sensé être une veste en fausse fourrure volumineuse, j’ai reçu un sorte de sweat fin en tissus degeulasse. Même en tant que pyjama je ne le porterais pas, poubelle direct. Évidement on peut pas laisser des avis sur leur site, ni demander un retour/remboursement ou contacter le service client. Je me demande comment ils ont pas honte d’envoyer des trucs pareils 😂

Die Produkte sind einfach nur Fake, kein Strickpulover und auch nix an Qualität. der Kundensupport ist nicht vorhanden und die Rücksendung einfach nur unmöglich. den zum Zurücksenden muss man einen Zoll schein Ausfüllen und das geht nicht da der Verkäufer einfach seine Daten nicht offen legt. Weiter enttäuscht mich Paypal hier enorm von Kunden Freundlichkeit und unterstützung ist hier nicht die leiseste Spur und Google gibt kein Bewertung über das Unternehmen und man kann es nicht einmal bewerten unmöglich. Meine Einzige Chance ist es hier zu machen und da weis ich nicht einmal ob das Funktioniert. Ich habe drauf bezahlt also kann ich nur den Tipp geben lasst die Finger davon.

Sieht’s ganz anders aus wie abgebildet,keine gehäkelten Kleidungsstücke hat… Meine Geld natürlich ist weg auf Fenster😡

Ich kann Fotos zuschicken was ist die unterschied zwischen dem laufenden Anzeige und gelieferte Ware.

Company appears a scam I ordered a thick looking woollen jumper as photographed sent cheap thin imitation print the company won't advise where or how to return just offered a discount to keep it three times now telling me it will cost $70 to return? not happy they make it an extremely difficult process to return because you cant get any reply reporting to consumer affairs of course they are not interested don't buy off this company

After payment for some beautiful items, my bank called me a few days later they had to block my credit card. Under Gloritouch has been several tries for transactions. We will open the case that will be no delivery. Until now nothing arrived.
- finally something arrived. The pictures and the reason why I bought items are .. breathtaking beautiful sweaters in knitting quality just beautiful pictures. The reality looks totally different. I would love to write something nice but it’s not possible. It’s just plastic trash, the design is completely different. I would like to add some pictures. It’s horrible. I wrote to the company. It must be a mistake… but of course no answer.. be careful don’t buy!!

Le foto non corrispondono ai prodotti inviati. Quella che è palesemente lavorazione a maglia, nelle fotografie, ti arriva come tessuto stampato di pessima qualità

Je mets une étoile car l'envoi a été rapide. Mais la matière des éléments reçus est ... dégueulasse! Les collants, on dirait de la laine sur la photo, c'est un truc moitié brillant immonde imprimé, de même pour une sorte de sarouel a effet de jeans, il n'y a que l'effet de la photo qui est joli. En réalité, c'est n'importe quoi, de l'impression sur tissus mer dik. Et le bonnet chaud, j'espère qu'il ne fera pas trop froid cet hiver. Bref, entre les photos sympas et ce qu'on a en main, il y a un monde. C'est vraiment du tissus de Shein+++ Les collants (avec un coeur sur la cuisse) sont vraiment grotesques, le sarouel, dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre de photo, c'est à pleurer. Ca vaut 3 euros, pas plus. Beau pigeonnage!

Price for item (the yellow cardigan) changed 3 time, while I try to check out, they write" spend 16, 5 and get free shipping", ism going to spent 43$, clik " OK", but in total price shipping cost appeared 9,99 and they offered to pay total 59,..$..It is not a honest market, they must learn to sell like Chinese traders do it.
