This goes on and on! They sent the item to an incorrect address.. now they say they are sending a replacement but it has been sent, once agin, to the same incorrect! What a TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Ordered this before, cancelled for abit some items were getting abit samey like the lip liners ect (not something i used ) new box i got had some nice bits in.

This was my first box and I loved having new products to try. I’m a big fan of the setting powder which really smooths and blurs my skin leaving it looking and feeling great.
The hair mask is nice too and I’ve been using the face butter every morning which I like but probably wouldn’t buy. The only product I was a tad disappointed in was the shower gel as it didnt seem to lather up well compared to others I use.
Overall great box though and I look forward to next months!

I went for a box in January cos they had a surprise offer, received it and I was ok with what I got for the price but not stuff that I'd use in general. For trial products is ok.
I wanted to cancel the subscription straight away after I received the products so went on my account for that but there was no option for that and thought since I selected pay only for 1 month, I wouldn't have subscribed.
On the 1st of the following month I get a notification of a payment taken from them for the subscription. I contacted them, explained that I wasn't happy and to cancel everything and I don't wish to receive any more boxes. They agreed and said since the new box wasn't dispatched yet, I won't receive it and they won't actually take the money.
After a week or more, I get the new box and money charged for it even though I was told I wouldn't. When I contacted them, no apology or anything, I was just asked to fill in a return form and send it back. I didn't bother with any of that.
I personally wouldn't recommend this company, they clearly don't follow on what they say, nor they care. The service is appauling to say the least. The products in the boxes are just stuff that doesn't sell in general for the full amount advertised and you'd see it re circulated over and over.

Face stuff amazing have not tried and thing else yet.
You should send me free samples for me to do the reviews.

Ordered the February box under their one off option and price of £13.50 (other option was 12 month subscription for £12.50 a month). Box arrived, nicely packaged, but some items were poor quality and short dated. Alarmed to then get an email advising my March box had been dispatched and I had been charged for it when I had only bought the Feb box as a standalone purchase! Headed to the website to cancel the subscription that I had never even requested and found that the area you click to do this does not work and I was unable to unsubscribe.
At this point I headed to Trustpilot (which I should have done beforehand in hindsight) and found several others had experienced the same issue. Emailed Glossybox to request the subscription be cancelled after the March box and instead they offered me 12 months subscription at the "reduced" price of £12.50 a month, which was the standing rate for this option to begin with! Emailed back replying that I simply wanted to cancel and eventually they managed this request.
Really disappointing experience and found the whole offer of a standalone monthly box completely disingenuous.

Had always wanted to try Glossy Box amd decided to subscribe for my birthday. The first box arrived quickly and everything inside was not only suitable for my skin/hair type but also my skin tone!! It's so nice to have makeup that matches! I can't wait to use the products and I am super excited for next months box. Wish I had joined earlier!

Products in box looked lovely but it was bought as a gift and box arrived badly damaged ie not giftable condition. Glossybox havent responded to me about this.
