I had a small problem with shipment and delivery and the customer service was amazing, they were not hesitant to send me a new one. Many of my friends be used this serum and it’s shown progress - patience is key!

I had lash extensions for years so it was a shock when I decided to get them removed and my lashes were non existent and so weak. I ordered glow for it after researching different lash serums and ordered this along with the recharge mascara as I didn’t want the harsh ingredients other serums have due to having extremely sensitive skin. I have noticed a huge difference in my lashes and am now receiving compliments when wearing mascara!!

Really rate and recommend this product if you’re looking for a gentle formula to grow and strengthen your lashes.

Have used the lash growth in the past and it does seem to help a little. This time though I ordered the growth and the lash recharge but the recharge seems completely empty! Don’t know what to do about it as I bought it through TikTok.

I have only used this when I wash my face in the morning, it doesn’t dry out the skin and leaves it with a glow.

Cathy from the customer service team took time to get back to an email I had sent with some feedback on an experience I had with shopping via TikTok shop. Cathy was super lovely, responded quickly and was very generous with a gesture of good will that I by no means expected. Her consideration to my experience and kind nature really delivered above and beyond how I expected this email exchange to go (I didn’t even expect a response!). You can tell the Glow For It CS team truly care for their customers and that showed in just receiving a response to my email.

Ordered via tiktok and the hosts were very helpful with any questions I had about the products and very knowledgeable too.
I have been using the brow growth serum and lash recharge.
The brow growth is so easy to use and leaves me brows feeling nourished.
The lash recharge is as easy to use as mascara as it has the same type of application and doesn't leave any sticky residue just soft nourished lashes.
I have only been using them about 1 week so can't say about growth just yet but i have noticed less fallout of both lashes and brow hair.
I definitely recommend.

I’m a sucker for over hyped products that got sucked into this products that was over hyped by TikTok and unfortunately this time I fell for the trap again!. I purchased the lash serum and got the mascara for free. It’s been nearly a month and no difference in my lashes and the mascara always sips out of the bottle.

I absolutely love the customer service at Glow For It. Their transparency, efficiency, and professionalism are second to none. Cathy was incredibly helpful and responded to my enquiry almost immediately. She made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I was really disappointed when I brought the set there was hardly anything in the bottles it felt almost empty. I was very upset as I’ve been using uk lash and the bottles are not like that. So I contacted customer service to pass on my feedback so they can improve the formula. I wasn’t expecting another one to be sent to me at all. However I received Excellent customer service from Cathy she was so lovely and helpful. She apologised and immediately sent a replacement which I was so greatful for. I honestly didn’t complain for another bottle to be sent. I genuinely wanted to share the concerns I had. I have been using the serum it’s been a month on my lashes and brows and Ive noticed a massive difference. It looks so good and I’m very happy with the results. They just need to improve the formula so is not half empty. However the trick is to shake it very well and make sure you get every ounce of it on your lashes and brows. Overall super helpful and friendly customer service thank you Cathy really appreciate your help. I just hope the company takes the feedback on board and Improves the formula. It’s super affordable (the bundle set) and I love that and it doesn’t cause dark circles or irritation it’s without prostaglandins which is great. So it’s a gentle formula. The best thing is you only need to apply it once a day and not twice. Overall it does work! Just be patient and the service I received was excellent so thank you.

The eyebrow and eyelash duo are fantastic and last for ages. I’ve seen a real difference, especially with my eyebrow hairs growing back 🩵

i just bought it, it’s a big sized tube and it’s so empty? it’s not even half full and the brush on the wand is dry when i take it out. Im very suprised as it’s meant to be 3ml, i compared it to my UK lash serum that i’ve had since december and there’s still a bit left and the glow for it one that i just bought has the same amount as my uk lash one which is SHOCKING. I want my money back or sent a full tube as it appears it’s almost run out as i’ve just bought it?!!

I had a very bad reaction to the serum that my eyelid swelled up and was very sore got intouch with glow for it told them about my eye and and sent photos. Only to be told that did I do a patch test that they recommend and was I allergic to any of there ingredients.

Well I went on there lives, looked at the packaging, went onto boots and amazon and I couldn't find anywhere that it said to do a patch test. As for finding out whether I was allergic to any of there ingredients well that would be a very big task to undertake with some cost involved.
Which i told them. Only for them to confirm that I was not allergic to there ingredients and that they would send me more serum. Because they have sold 10000s pieces of this serum so of course this has to be my problem

In doing my research i have found very unhappy customers who have had the same experience as me on here, boots, amazon and tictock and wrote about there experience.
The customer service is diabolical i feel its very unprofessional to call someone lovely infact its weird.
I have asked for a refund and told them I don't want any more of there products and I'm very happy to return the items I have received. As of yet I have had nothing stating if I'm getting a refund or not. I would never buy from this company again, or wished I had brought from Boots as there would be no issues like this.
