Terrible customer service. They say they'll give you your money back, but do not respond when emailed. There isn't even an option to cancel your account on their website. I've been waiting for a response for nearly a month now.

I accidentally created an account thinking it was comparable to Curology, got sent to the sign up page directly from another site that didn't specify the distinction; my bad, no big deal though, right? Wrong. Reached out to them & didn't even receive a response. It's been nearly a month & I haven't even received the services they offer. It takes nearly a month to create a plan?

Don't even bother.

Update: My requests to cancel my account have yet to completely confirmed, though the $10 for an additional month of services I was NOT being provided was refunded (but only after contacting my bank & leaving bad reviews everywhere). I've yet to receive any sort of services from them & all the sudden my login home page has removed the note that said: "We've got your consultation and are working hard on it! An in-depth report from your esthetician will be sent in 12 hours!" (this was on the page for over a month) & Instead shows a "Start Consultation" button.

I have screenshots of this crap Glowism. I completed the original consultation on July 7th & never received a report in all this time, it's now August 19th. Give me my money back.

Update:
August 30th

Received a highly unprofessional response on Facebook (of all places) about how I shouldn't have been charged because they're business has "been on pause", but didn't receive any acknowledgement whatsoever via email, confirmation that my account was cancelled & will never be charged again, nor any kind of refund or update about my original $25 transaction.

The site is showing that I submitted on the 7th of July for a consultation, along with payment, but that no consultation was provided & now the site is suddenly prompting me to start a consultation as if it never happened to begin with.

Yeah, no. Give me my money back & cancel my account Glowism. Loving the fact that nearly all your previous reviews were submitted by invited users. On pause? More like your services are entirely unnecessary & redundant. Stop piggybacking on companies that offer a real product.

Final Update:
So after submitting a full fraud review to my bank for, "Services Not Rendered", I received my $25 refund from MY BANK on Oct. 3rd. THREE MONTHS... This matter took 3 months to close out & Glowism provided almost ZERO customer service or clarity during that entire period save a single, unprofessional, response/excuse on Facebook (just to save their "public image", I'm sure) & a refund for the illegitimate membership fee.

Do yourself a HUGE favor, don't use this company or any like it. If you need real help for your skin use Curology or Dermatica (I recommend the latter if you have a synthetic ascorbic acid allergy) or go see a Dermatologist. Glowism didn't even use Dermatologists, they used estheticians with credentials from God knows where. If you want a more tailored experience with tons of advice & don't have an allergy like mine, use Curology! They offer one consultation per month & it's more than enough!

The service from the team was great. The speedy response was really appreciated. Unfortunately I have been requested to seek support from my doctor however the support provided has been really appreciated regarding what the correct products are for my skin during this flare up

Outstanding! I learned more about my skin with my esthetician here than I ever have with my dermatologist. A new skincare routine was specifically designed for my skin and what it needed most. My esthetician was very knowledgeable and got back to me promptly each time!

Glowism is lovely!

They have helped me create a skincare routine that works for me. Their experts have given me more information about skincare and the use of certain products, even though I already knew a decent amount! I recommend it to people who haven't had success with the more medical side of skincare, or those who just want to learn more about skincare and up their routine game.

I learned a lot about my skin and also got inspired to take more care of it. It's really worth the value and a fantastic way to digitalize a dermatologist appointment, specially when you have to factor down many concerns. If you have a serious condition you might still need to go to a doctor for exams, but the advise from Glowism is really good to feel more in control of the health of the biggest organ in your body, your skin.

Thank you team Glowism. I personally live in a country where access to professionals you can trust is very complicated and you really took a worry off my shoulders.

Actually it is my first time to seek for professional help and it is ONLINE. It worked during the pandemic. Amazing!!! The entire inquire experience is pleasant. The procedure starts with a professional questionnaire. I can tell the questions are designed carefully. At the end, four pictures about my skin condition are asked. Then the team assigned me an skin care expert. The solution is well written in pdf with comments of my current routine and suggestions. She introduced Retino to my case to smooth the black heads and acne. I applied it for a month and the effect is obvious.

I decided to get in to skincare this year. I found out about Glowism on a skincare community website. I like what it has to offer. My esthetician responds promptly to my messages, I can send pictures of my skin to get reviews, and I was able to create a skincare routine that is very doable. The representatives have been very kind and I don't regret paying for these services.
