A pretty strange experience overall doing my recent FREC 3 course with Glasgow Medical Group.

The whole setup felt very random and not particularly professional. The training venue genuinely felt like part of an abandoned building rather than somewhere being used to deliver a professional clinical qualification.

We were advised to bring extra warm layers because there was no heating, which probably says enough about the facilities.

Some of the training equipment also appeared outdated and unreliable, which was concerning given the practical nature of the course and the skills we were supposed to be learning.

The payment situation was equally unusual. When it came to paying the outstanding balance, the owner wanted cash only and advised that card payment wasn’t available. For a business delivering professional training courses, I found that quite odd.

Overall, the course setup, facilities, equipment and payment arrangements left a lot to be desired. It certainly wasn’t the professional training environment I expected when signing up for a FREC 3 qualification.

For the past three and a half months, I have been receiving laser hair regrowth treatment at Este Medical Group in Glasgow. The entire course of treatment will take six months. I have had nothing but the best experience with Este Medical. I would like to thank all the hardworking people, especially Amanda, Naila, Faezeh, Ash,Sam, and others. I just finished my frec 3 course with GMG Ltd and it was amazing. My trainer Daniel was great getting everyone involved in discussion as well as during practicals. He was able to make it fun while informative and always helped if there was something I wasn’t 100% sure about. Would highly recommend

I done my FREC 3 with them and it was amazing. My instructor was Daniel which he made the course really fun and interesting. And Daniel was very helpful with things I didn’t understand and just taking time with me to make sure I was 100% confident with the thing I didn’t understand.

I took my First Response Emergency Care level 3 course with Glasgow Medical Group after hearing about them from colleagues who also took the course.

The training was excellent and was delivered by highly experienced and qualified staff. One trainer really stood out for his attention to detail and obvious passion for training and helping others, John.

I absolutely would recommend Glasgow Medical Group to anyone looking to get proper medical training.

What can I say , booked onto a Frec 3 course not knowing what to expect and all I can say is wow , fantastic training facilities and brilliant staff , John and the team were always on hand to help us understand and put the skills we were learning into practice ,

This company is superb and has some of the most highly trained and professional First Aid trainers in Scotland who genuinely care for your success. I would highly recommend that you book yourself or your team in for a lifesaving First Aid course. You won’t be disappointed.

Done my first aid at work course with GMG, my instructor was John who was very helpful and patient. The course was easy to follow and enjoyable throughout.

Absolutely incredible staff here, could not recommend enough! They provided myself with so much information and made sure I understood it all before continuing onto the next part of training.
Considering now I feel more than confident to carry out my training in first aid for my workplace is outstanding.
Cannot fault the staff at all they made us all so comfortable and also provided some laughs along the way!
