You sent batteries instead of the filters that I ordered.

First of all, I would like to recognize Cyrus Gates, who went above and beyond customer service. Cyrus, from the beginning sent e photos of the Jadyn Elite HD that I purchased. Cyrus sent me updated emails on when it would arrive. The Elite HD arrived and it had shifted on the pallet it was sent on. The backend of the Elite HD had sunk down on the pallet. I sent photos of everything to Cyrus. It required two men with a claw hammer and a crowbar to break free the Elite HD and remove the chair. Cyrus maintained communications to make sure that everything was working properly. I had an issue with the turning function as it turned too fast by barely moving the joystick. Again,Mr. Gates came to the rescue, by advising me how to do adjustments. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I live in a large retirement community and I have expressed my satisfaction with GMS and Cyrus Gates. I hope a copy of this review is available for Mr. Gates as I can’t thank him enough for his service and support I received.

First, I was put on hold for a very long time before I was given a choice to have someone call me back when someone would be available. I chose that option. Finally somebody called me, but they were of no help. They said I should call my doctor. It’s a very good thing. I was not in a serious condition. I will never be calling again.

Great price and prompt delivery.

The delivery was spot on. The goods were properly packed and secured on the pallets. The customer service when I had a question was very helpful and polite.

I called to order parts for my wife's power chair. Cyrus was on it and took the order. It was shipped quickly and I had the chair back up and operating in no time. Good Compant and Great service.

I ordered my oxygen machine on the 6th, it is now the 13th and they have not even shipped it, but they asked for a review.

I got my columns today and the work great. The only reason I didn’t give you the 5th star is because you never texted me the shipping and ETA of delivery. I was getting a little anxious today but before l texted you about it, it arrived so thank you.

Cyrus does his best to accommodate your needs! I am very appreciative of his efforts. One thing would be communication needs improving like tracking information. Other

I wanted to have my wife use the concentrator a few days before giving a review.
It was shipped on time and packaged very well. Unit had low hours as described, all lights and warning sounds worked well. Price was very good for someone on a fixed income as I am. I would recommend the company with no regrets.

I tried going through my insurance previously to cover my CPAP costs but after 3 weeks of no sleep (my other one died), I was desperate for an immediate solution. We live 4 hours away from GMS Medical but were already heading in that direction, so we made a call. The gentleman that assisted us was AMAZING (I believe he was the owner/manager) and he got a new machine ready for us in a matter of a couple days. Because we were driving such a distance, we weren't sure when we'd arrive. He was super helpful letting us know when we could come by (even on a Saturday) and was nothing but pleasant. My machine is working great, but the gem of the experience is centered around genuine customer service. He was understanding of our sense of urgency and was purely kind and professional. I will 100% continue to support this company!

Ordering was simple and easy, they also upgraded my oxygen concentrator. I recommend GMS to everyone who wants great service!
