From the beginning, go2africa was a seamless experience. When we first put in our inquiry, Arista reached out to schedule a call to get an idea of what kind of adventure we were looking for and our budget. Once the details were settled she sent us over an itinerary and it was exactly what we wanted.
After working with Arista, she passed us to Charlotte who was just as pleasant and very helpful. She was patient with us and answered all our questions in great detail. Since this was our first trip to Africa there was a lot unknowns but the team was amazing in helping us feel prepared.
We had no issues with being picked up or dropped from somewhere and the transfer between Tanzania and Zanzibar was super easy. We really didn’t have to worry or stress about a thing.
The go2africa app is also really helpful and all the documents they supply. Overall I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

My daughter and I had the most amazing trip of a lifetime. Our trip was so well organized and the accommodations exceptional. All of the excursions were absolutely fantastic. It was truly a trip we will always remember.

The booking process was pretty simple, since we already knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Where Go2Africa really stood out was when our flight departing the US was delayed by one day. We flew out on one plane, with our luggage departing the US on a different plane, 14 hours later. Go2Africa rearranged our hotel night in Zambia, our in-country flight in Zambia, and our safari. Annali, our agent, who no doubt worked furiously behind the scenes, made it all look easy-peasy. Lastly, for our return back to the US, our in-country Zambian flight was delayed, creating the risk that we would not catch our Emirates flight back home. Unbeknownst to us, Go2Africa was monitoring our in-country flight and saw the delay. They dispatched a meet-and-greet person to the airport, to escort us to the Emirates counter, in time to catch our flight. Go2Africa, especially Annali, are the best!

Planning a trip to Africa was daunting and overwhelming because of the knowledge required and all the logistics that had to take place getting us to and from each place we visited especially as we entered and left each country (we visited South Africa, Zimbabwe and Kenya). Go2Africa took care of it all and found us the most amazing places to stay all while keeping within our budget. If I ever go to Africa again, I would definitely use them again. Thank you Ashley, Stuart and Craig for planning this once in a lifetime trip for me and for being there when I needed you every step of the way !

We just got back from a 21 day trip, including 5 countries, 4 safari camps, Victoria Falls, and Cape Town. Go2Africa arranged the entire trip from when we arrived in Kilimanjaro and left Cape Town. Everything went without an issue, all the transfers, flights, and arrangements were coordinated. The camps they picked were excellent accommodations and all the staffs were excellent.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the team at Go2Africa for helping us plan and experience an incredible African adventure.

A special thank you to Monique Lange, who initially worked with us in September 2024 to create the perfect itinerary based on our travel wishes. From there, Shandre May assisted us with the arrangements for the remainder of our trip and was always responsive and professional. Any questions or issues we had were attended to promptly, giving us complete confidence throughout the planning process.

We travelled during July and August 2026, to Cape town, Kruger National Park to stay at Simbavati Camp George, Johannesburg, Zimbabwe Victoria Falls, staying at Wallow Lodge, Kenya to Nairobi and out to Encounter Mara Camp and every aspect of the trip exceeded our expectations. The accommodation, airport and lodge transfers, meals, and safari experiences were all exceptional. The weather was fantastic, and the staff at each of the lodges we stayed at went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Thanks to the outstanding organisation and service provided by Go2Africa, we were able to relax and fully enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience. We returned home with unforgettable memories, incredible wildlife encounters, and hundreds of wonderful photographs that we will treasure forever.

We would not hesitate to book with Go2Africa again and highly recommend them to anyone considering an African safari. Thank you for helping create such a remarkable journey.

From the very beginning of planning to the end of my trip, the Go2Africa team did a fantastic job of helping me live out my lifelong dream of visiting Africa. Over the 3 countries I visited, every detail was considered and delivered. My expectations were not only met but exceeded on numerous occasions. Based on my experience, I can easily recommend Go2Africa.

We had a zoom meeting with this crap organization and was promised a proposal trip in 1 to 2 days and never heard back. i sent e mails and phoned and left message but never heard back.

Wow! Just incredible. We started planning in 2024 and the process was so easy and exactly what my husband and I were looking for in terms of itinerary, price and experiences.

Once we got closer to our trip, we had seamless communication from Maureen on when to get visas, vaccinations, packing lists etc. that communication was by video call, email and What’s App chats.

Then the moment arrived and it was time to go! We realized that the itinerary exceeded our expectations and was perfect for us. 11/10. We had a couple quick questions for Maureen while on our trip and she was so quick to respond. And she was excited to hear about some of the things we had seen along the way.

UNBELIEVABLE experience. Planning a trip to Africa is a LOT, but planning a trip with Go2Africa made it infinitely more manageable. I felt heard on every aspect of the trip that was important to me, they find ways to work inside of your ideal budget, and create an itinerary that will create memories that you will carry with you for a lifetime!! Very open communication, even when battling a substantial time difference, I cannot say enough positive things about how smoothly each transfer between camps went, game drives, and the overall organization of this team. Our experience with Go2Africa was wonderful from first contact until we returned from our trip. Rikke was easy to work with and personable. She listened to our needs and tailored a safari experience just for us. We never felt left alone throughout the process.

Our holiday to Kenya was perfect, but in case anything goes wrong they have an emergency number. I can recommend them !

Our experience with Go2Africa was flawless from start to finish and made the entire process completely stress-free. Lauren took the time to understand what we were looking for, curating a personalised itinerary that balanced luxury, adventure, and incredible wildlife viewing. Every flight, transfer, and tour went off without a hitch. We never had to worry, with Craig checking in regularly, and knowing he was just a quick email away if we ever needed any support. The accommodations they recommended were amazing, the local guides were incredibly knowledgeable, and the hospitality we experienced at every stop was unmatched. We are already dreaming of our next safari and will definitely be booking with them again!

Our South Africa experience was top notch from start to finish, beginning with my first conversations with James Steele and continuing on through the nuts and bolts planning with Annalise Scholz.
We couldn’t have been happier with the Lukimbi Lodge—accommodations, staff, food, guides, and of course the animals.

We recently completed our Cape Town and Kruger Safari vacation put together by Go2Africa which was my wife's bucket list trip. We were fearful that our expectations were too high but we were mistaken as everything went off without a hitch. The key is careful planning with the likes of Steve M., our Safari expert and then follow-up with Annalise S., our Client Experience Expert. Steve made sure we got the type of room we wanted at the Winchester Hotel and that all of the excursions we had planned for Cape Town were well-planned with very knowledgeable and experienced guides for our private tours. My wife and I joked that we expected the hotel manager to tell us our room was meant for someone else, it was so nice. We went to Table Mountain, Signal Hill and then toured all of Cape Town and then on our second excursion went to Hermanus to see the penguins and then the Cape of Good Hope where we saw ostriches, elands, and baboons along the side of the road. We had a wonderful lunch in Simons Town and then asked our guide to show us a little more of Cape Town. We then flew to Hoedspruit and were driven to Thornybush Lodge where our safari would begin. We arrived in time for lunch and then the afternoon game drive which was a precursor to what our adventure was going to be. We were at Thornybush for 5 days, (an afternoon, 3 full days, and one morning) and went on 8 game drives. Our guide Lindi and tracker John M., worked closely to locate and wildlife for us to see. We got the feeling even if we were not there, they would still go on a game drive. Lindi would drive off the roads and through the brush, and most of the time, carefully following John's direction to avoid elephant-downed trees, etc. Before our trip, I read several reviews stating how great their guide and tracker were. I am sure they are all excellent, but of course Lindi and John are the best. We repeatedly saw the Big 5, giraffes, zebras, wart hogs, what seemed like 10,000 impalas, wildebeests, hippos, vervet monkeys, several other antelope types, cheetahs, and a hyena with her young one. We had many different bird sightings that were spectacular. With regards to the Thornybush Lodge, our room was wonderful with both an indoor and outdoor shower, a soaking tub and a large bathroom. A very comfortable king-size bed, balcony with occasional monkey present, coffeemaker, and fully stocked fridge was also in our room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the lodge were all delicious. The lodge also does a great job with laundry which we needed after 5 days in Cape Town. All in all, this was probably our best vacation ever and far exceeded our expectations. I believe the key to our trip was working closely with our Safari Expert and then once booked, work with our Client Expert who answered all of our questions. Both were more than willing to set up zoom calls which we took advantage of. I hope everyone has as wonderful an experience in Africa as we did.

Go2Africa was amazing from start to finish! Caroline Nyawira listened carefully to our dreams for this bucket-list vacation and created an itinerary that included everything we hoped for. During our trip, Chanele Jenkinson, their Client Experience Team Leader, helped us every step of the way. We felt truly special and so well taken care of.

The Go2Africa app kept every detail of our itinerary easily accessible, offered helpful travel tips, and even let us upload photos to preserve our memories. Every detail was handled beautifully, allowing us to relax and enjoy the experience.

Caroline booked us the most incredible properties: Ngorongoro Crater Camp, Serengeti Bushtops Luxury Tented Camp, Mahali Mzuri, Giraffe Manor, and Sasaab Camp. Each offered wonderful accommodations, welcoming staff, delicious food, and outstanding guides.

We were so impressed with the entire experience that we are already planning our return! Thank you, Caroline, Chanele, and the Go2Africa team, for making my wife’s lifelong dream come true and giving us memories we will treasure forever.
