Can not say enough good things about Go2Africa. The entire process was exceptional. All of my concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner. Every accommodation was 5 star. Every detail was thought out. Highly recommend them.

What impressed us most was the quality of their recommendations. The lodges they selected are exceptional—each one unique, highly rated, and perfectly matched to the experience we hoped to have. It was obvious that these weren't generic suggestions but carefully chosen properties based on their firsthand knowledge and a genuine understanding of what we wanted from this once-in-a-lifetime trip.

We were equally impressed with the way they planned our travel. Coordinating international flights, regional bush flights, airport meet-and-greets, and transfers between camps across multiple countries is incredibly complex, yet the Go2Africa team made it feel seamless. They patiently explained how everything would work, anticipated our questions, and gave us complete confidence that every connection and transfer had been carefully coordinated.

Their guidance didn't stop with transportation and accommodations. They helped us build an itinerary filled with unforgettable experiences, including a scenic helicopter flight, a sunrise hot air balloon safari, a wildlife cruise, and a visit to an authentic Maasai village. Rather than simply offering a list of optional activities, they explained the value of each experience, helped us decide what best fit our interests and budget, and carefully scheduled everything so it flowed naturally with the rest of our safari. Their expertise ensured we didn't just book a trip—we crafted a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

I booked this trip for my daughter and I, this trip is my daughters ultimate DREAM trip and I expressed that when I found this wonderful company, I did splurge more also because of it, Go2Africa made the whole process so easy and it was just so amazing all around, I can't say enough how wonderful everyone was throughout our whole trip, I will most definitely book again in the future with this company, Giada and Annali were so thorough and responsive, I LOVED the app and all the details, the help with planning and so many questions are included in the app as well, the prompts and notifications from the app were so appreciated, I could have never planned such an amazing trip on my own. From the very beginning working with Ashley to plan the trip to then working with Maureen O to coordinate everything, to the trip itself, & follow up during/after, everything was professional prompt & excellent. Every facet of the trip was impeccably executed - smooth, seamless & hassle free. The accommodations & the camps/staff were stellar. Exactly what we wanted & then some. Just fantastic. It's a bit of a challenge booking a "bucket list" adventure to South Africa and I was a little overwhelmed at first. Then I found Go2Africa and the amazing Client Experience Experts made it so easy. Absolutely incredible level of professionalism and customer service.

So far the experience has been very easy with great communication from the Go2Africa staff. We talked with Anja and told her what we wanted for our time there and she put together a wonderful itinerary. We worked with Rosie on the details once the trip was decided and we are awaiting our travel in September 2026. I would highly recommend Go2Africa based on our experience so far!

From planning stage & right through the process Go 2 Africa was very professional & helpful. Even after confirming our trip there follow-up & ongoing support was fantastic. I normally book everything myself but was not happy booking Africa, we would not hesitate to book through go to Africa again. We did have a hick-up transferring through Arusha airport with no tickets or direction, missing our flight & two of our accommodation were lovely but did not live up on their food or beverage offer.

The accommodations were five star. The food and drinks were first rate. Our guide was wonderful; personable, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. Was were so blessed to have seen four of the big five (no Cape Buffalo) and multiple Leopards as well as a fresh kill with Hyenas, Lions and Leopards! Outstanding trip! Recommend Go 2 Africa for any planned trips!

This trip was everything we dreamed of and more. Go2Africa was wonderful to work with. They took our suggestions and made them better. Even when our flights got changed and we only had two hours to make a connection they arranged for an meet and greet to take us through so we didn’t miss our flights. Our only complaint is we wish they were nearer 😁🤷‍♀️
