Yo compré entradas para ROLAND GARROS, el partido de semifinal se suspendió el 5/6 y @GOALTICKETS no me devolvió una moneda…. Pagué una fortuna y fui estafada…

Ticket delivery was timely and no issue at all using the tickets. One feature that would be nice, if the tickets were able to be put into my Google Wallet, so that I did not have to rely on a cell signal at the site. That my not be under GOAL's area of control.

While the purchase process was pretty easy and my French Open tickets were easily transferred to me, when I arrived at the event and scanned the ticket I was told they are "invalid" tickets. I then had to go to the customer service line where they told me that Goal Tickets is not an authorized reseller of French Open tickets.

Absolutely a godsend to people who can’t afford to buy last minute tickets on resale and need another option because they have travel plans to Paris. They adhere to the ticketing policy where you get the ticket issued to your app with your name and birthday after purchasing. Customer service was great too, when there was an error in the name on my ticket, got through to a human immediately and it was changed. I was initially worried about the strict third party policy flying in from the US and struggling with the resale platform, but am now here watching in Phillipe Chatrier with no problems at all!

The entire process worked seamlessly. I was worried of being scammed I the process of buying a last minute Roland Garros ticket, but in the end, it was a great experience and in less than 1 hour I had my tickets directly in my RG app to watch Fonseca vs Djoko. I would easily recommend.

Goaltickets does not work for Roland Garros. They are able to detect 3rd party resellers and will not accept them.

I purchased tickets for Roland Garros through Goal Tickets, and the entire experience was seamless. I received my tickets within 30 minutes of purchase. Since I had bought them the day before leaving for Paris, I called Goal Tickets to check on the status of my order. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and immediately processed my request, sending me the code needed to import the tickets into the Roland Garros app within 30 minutes.
The process was quick and straightforward, and the customer service was excellent. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to use Goal Tickets again.

I received responses to questions and received my tickets exactly as they were promised.

Goal Tickets sent me a $900 French Open ticket in a different section and row than ordered and confirmed. Ordered side, ticketed in corner. Specific seat selected to sit near friend already attending. Stadium sections have distinct entrances, do not allow tickets for other sections, and you cannot transit across sections. No reply to multiple emails starting on ticket receipt.
Customer service phone number rang and cut off without answering or ability to leave message. Morning of event WhatsApp chat that I initiated told me I should have contacted them on ticket receipt which I did thru the published email multiple times while they made no attempt to contact me before issuing a ticket different that the one noted in their confirmation. Disappointing, time consuming experience.

(Other Goal Ticket experiences have been fine.)

Todo perfecto hasta pagar, luego no responden, tenia dudas por tickets que no podía descargar en la aplicación Roland Garros y no me contestaban. Luego tuve que suspender mi viaje por problemas de salud, nadie que me responda o ayude a ofrecer mis tickets que no voy a poder usar

User experience is super easy. Tickets arrive in the official Roland Garros App. We got great tickets the week the tournament began. Of course the price is high, but that’s to be expected for a grand slam event.
