This company is a total scam! Please don’t fall for it like we did! We ordered the SunnySplash pool for $79 on June 17. We thought this pool would be great for some family time this summer. As of today, July 29, we have not received our order - and am convinced that we never will. We received a response to our original email in late June that assured us that the order would arrive “within 7-10 business days, often sooner” and included “updated tracking information” through Track17. This tracking website says that our order was delivered yesterday… Needless to say, we have not seen a pool and the “tracking” data seems made up. (It also does not include the delivery company - UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. - so we can’t contact any of them.) The company has not responded to my last two emails and requests for a refund. This has been a very frustrating situation and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through it. Zero stars is more appropriate.

They are a scam company! I never got my pool. They don't respond to emails. Lost my money.

I was going on vacation and with camping gear went for the cots $120 for all 3 to be delivered in 3 to 7 shipping days. June 14 purchase.
Not only did the cots not arrive, went on vacation, came home, and only to find they were still in customs. Customs from Miami, Florida???
So after several calls and emails with little to no contact, I see that Yesterday the cots were delivered. Hard to track packages.NOT TO MY HOUSE, and the address is correct. They will not refund without the gear sent back. As well, 46 days later, still nothing. The biggest thing is this was so organized as a shop, even tracking, and all the storefronts were legit looking, and the time to take to make this. If there was a NO-star experience, that's where I would be. Don't waste your time or moneywill be lost.

June 18, 2025 I ordered Axuro Sunny Splash pool. $79.00 & to this day July 28, 2025 I have received nothing! My 1st email to Customer Support was answered with what lady said was tracking info. Every 2 days it seemed like it was being updated & moving through Customs etc. Tried emailing 5xs. No response at all. Then finally update stated out for delivery in my city in NC. Nothing! Called their (888) number...Not in Service!!! SCAM, & I fell for it!

Ordered 2 lounge pools. Paid for 2 day shipping. Same issues as all other giving reviews. Not made in America. All from china...tracking states undeliverable. Never order off a site on fb again. Reporting to my bank as fraud $ 200 wasted. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE WEBSITE

I ordered 2 refrigerators on June 30 on July 15 I tried to call them the number was disconnected I tried several times to contact by email no answer but my credit card refund me the money they answer said it was delivered but I never received it they sent me a tracking number I couldn’t opened it definitely a scam

I order item on June 19 2025 this coming from China and the item said delivered to my house by United States Postal service on July 15 2025 at 1:45 pm we check the camera from 1 to 3 pm nothing delivered by carrier.

From what Ive experienced this is a scam buyers beware. They tell you it will be delivered in 6-10 days. I ordered a blue one on july 1st and not only did they get the color wrong but it hasnt even been updated since my putchase. All it says is updating. Then it gives you a fake tracking number. Don't bother trying to call because it will ring once then an automated voice comes on and says goodbye. They also use a fake address.

Ordered pools said shipped tracking number given followed to Chicago then received two USB CORDS NO customer service phone number fictitious. USB cords sent from EMMA/LC Chicago it's an art dealer ? reached out no response go figure .

This is a site and company that is a HUGE SCAM.

Take an order but deliver nothing
Call your credit card company and stop payment to them.

I see now I am not the only person to be ripped off by Goaxuro.store. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FIRM. EVERY REVIEW I HAVE READ IS 100% CORRECT THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.

So I had same experience as another buyer and just pasted sane response. I’ll be contacting my bank and send in fraud complaint.

It rang and then a recorded voice came on and said goodbye and the call hung up This website is a complete scam. Please do not order anything from them because you will only receive a USB port or charging cable. I'm currently disputing it with my bank and reporting it for fraud. Buyer beware!

I’ve been waiting 25 days and counting for my order, which is still overseas and hardly moving. I would like to cancel and get a refund but I am unable to until the order comes. By the time I receive it, if I receive it, summer will be over and no need for the pool. Don’t order from here.

Fake company they show a video of a smallrig tripod and the tripod there scam selling has there photoshoped name on it, contact facebook and report as a scam.

scam site. took my money and sent me a usb cable instead of what I ordered. I reported it to the FBI on their online scam reporting page.

Ordered pool and noticed that every time I checked the tracking that it had just updated that day. I'm sure it's some kind of thing to string me along. I'll be disputing the charges. Really disappointing I found this on Facebook and thought my kids would love this

I ordered a pool and received some kind of tiny phone charger with notifications from wallet that my item was delivered. I’ve emailed and will call tomorrow but I’m afraid I’m out 80 bucks.
