I made a purchase on the Ford Falcon FG XR6 Sedan 2.5" catback with Hotdog centre, Hotdog rear, and after a week after I made the purchase, I got an email saying the exhaust was out of stock and now I had to wait until it was back in stock and shipped out, I waited 2 months only to get few emails saying there’s been delays and the exhaust is expected to be delivered the following week. Another 2 weeks later I heard nothing and I emailed them again and had to ask for a refund. Horrible experience.

Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologise for the frustrating experience with your Falcon FG XR6 exhaust order. After your purchase, we discovered an unexpected inventory issue and promptly informed you. At that time, you kindly confirmed you were happy to wait for the next shipment.
Unfortunately, further delays occurred due to factors outside our control. The stock was held up in transit due to freight and logistics issues with the container carrying the shipment. While we provided updates based on the information from our freight partner, the arrival times shifted multiple times, which we understand was frustrating.
We completely understand your disappointment after waiting so long, and as requested, your refund has now been processed. We genuinely appreciate your patience and are sorry that we were unable to deliver the product within the expected timeframe. If you wish, we are happy to discuss options to compensate for the delay. My third purchase from these guys and I can not fault a single thing! Each system i have purchased sounds incredible. Install is a breeze ... so much so that I had my partner got it done without any problems 😊 If you are after a wicked sounding exhaust system that bolts up imo better than factory you simply cannot go past Black Ops Performance!

The product that l bought is good cat back exhaust won’t be put on till next Wednesday for my ford BA XR8 hope it sounds as good as the last exhaust that l put on this one is heavier gauge material than the last one and looks great so thank you very much for the exhaust and the prompt delivery time.
