I like how the driver texted me when they needed help.

Ordered from an online store I've ordered from many times before, they seem to have recently switched couriers to GoBolt.

GoBolt couldn't complete my delivery, claiming my address was incorrect when I've used the exact same address with the same store in the past with no issues. They did not call, text or email me even once for delivery instructions, and their buggy "verify it's you" link would not let me verify with my postal code at all (multiple attempts from both my phone and laptop) in order for me to add delivery instructions.

I emailed them after their first failed attempt with delivery instructions, and got a couple of canned AI responses reassuring me they would deliver. A few days later they returned my package to the store without even attempting another delivery.

The store did refund my order but I'm considering avoiding buying from them now solely because they're using this incompetent courier.

Delivery was announced well in advance,allowing time for last minute corrections if needed.
Tracking was easy
Package arrived in perfect condition and on time.

Communication and tracker were accurate and it was easy to coordinate delivery!

Your pre-delivery alert system is excellent and the service was very friendly.
However, on the first delivery attempt, my daughter rushed to get the phone but was just too late. Would it not be more efficient to try the buzzer a second time in case this would be all it took to complete the delivery? Just a suggestion.

GoBolt has proven to be just as efficient and timely as any other major courier service I’ve used. My packages always arrive safely, on time, and in excellent condition. I have never experienced a single issue with their service and highly recommend them!
