**Absolutely Avoid Buying from This Company**
My experience with this company has been, without question, one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had and they are the worst scammers. Between the incorrect product being delivered, an almost a non-existent customer support system, an appalling customer service experience, and what appears to be a defective product, I regret every rupee I spent.
I ordered a **Mustang Frost White** smartwatch. The order confirmation clearly reflected the colour I had selected. However, when the package arrived, I was sent an entirely different colour.
Naturally, I tried contacting customer support to have the mistake corrected. That turned into a nightmare in itself. None of the phone numbers listed on their website were reachable, and their so-called customer support chat is nothing more than a **lifeless, useless bot** with a handful of canned responses that are completely incapable of handling even the simplest customer issue.
After considerable effort, I finally managed to find an alternate number and reached a customer service representative. Unfortunately, the interaction only made matters worse. The representative was highly unprofessional, struggled to understand the issue despite repeated explanations, showed absolutely no ownership or empathy, and simply kept repeating that the product could not be exchanged for a **"colour preference."** which came as a surprise as i was quite confident that a 'colour change' OR 'Size change' IN ANY ECOMMERCE site is the very basic for a replacement or an exchange.
This response was both astonishing and unacceptable. This wasn't a case of me changing my mind after purchase, as I had ordered one specific colour, and I got a wrong product delivered. There is a significant difference between a customer requesting a different colour after delivery and a seller shipping the incorrect product. Despite explaining this multiple times, the representative continued repeating the same scripted response, refused to acknowledge the mistake, kept defending his nimbwit brains to orate continuously that he cannot change the product and abruptly disconnected the call. I did call him yet another couple of times, but he still continued to disconnect the call and had no apathy to the request of any sort and placed me at his shit filled attitude mercy. At that point, it became evident that customer satisfaction was simply not a priority.
Eventually, I gave up on pursuing the replacement and decided to keep the watch. Unfortunately, that turned out to be another mistake.
Within just two days of use, the battery performance became terrible. The watch struggled to last even an hour on a full charge. Even more concerning, the heart rate sensor produced wildly inconsistent and inaccurate readings that initially caused genuine concern. I immediately cross-checked my vitals using a medical-grade pulse oximeter at home, which showed completely normal readings, confirming that the watch's sensor was unreliable.
Overall, this product is *simply not worth the price being charged*while there are more better companies offering better products at a much lesser price, AND FOR SURELY WITH BETTER SERVICE that actually supports its customers.
The biggest disappointment is that I purchased it directly from the company's official website, believing it would provide the best pricing, authenticity, and after sales support. Ironically, it delivered exactly the opposite. From ordering to support to product quality, the entire experience was a complete disaster.
**My recommendation:** Save your money and your time and I would strongly not recommend purchasing this product from anywhere at all.
