Great experience the entire way around yall…I came to Goby after being on Sema since last July..(my doctor no longer could prescribe it)…Goby has just been outstanding! I’m thoroughly impressed. Truly! They’ve notified me every second during the process (what to expect) ….ie: medical team review, what pics I needed to upload, meds and dosage, shipping and when it left and when it would arrive! All in all it took from 4/14 to 4/20 to start the process and get my prescription …I mean I couldn’t ask for more…there is nothing they didn’t cover..I haven’t had a chance to speak with customer service yet…and this is my first month with them..so a lot of unknowns yet….i would definitely recommend to my family and friends…just go for it yall! We’ve been waiting our whole lives for this!

I am disappointed in several things. 1. The fact that I paid 299 for 1/2 of what I got last time. 2. The med came and the cooling pack insideing pack was not cool.

My experience as a new Zepbound consumer was positive. I received the medication promptly and quickly started the injection regimen. the medicine arrived in a cold pac box and everything was protected from shipping. I gave myself the shot and put it in the refridgerator. I thought the directions on the bottle were very very small to read! I had just got new glasses yesterday; I was fine. I think that is a big issue for other customers. I would like to know the price of the next bottle to budget for the cost.
