Superb customer service
Superb customer service. I contacted support 2 hours after their support hours ended. Marie was wonderful enough to jump on, respond quickly and was able to provide a very satisfactory resolution to my issue.

Really useful site
Really useful site. Gives you a map of fishing venues in your area and surrounding areas, just press the marker on the map and it brings up all the information on the venue of your choice, easy to book a swim for your chosen venue it does all the work for you. Also has great features, where you can take a photo of your swim and mark out where you cast from, where you have cast to, hazards and lots of other things which is useful if you return to that lake again. Another great feature is the AI, yes an AI for fishing, you can ask it anything about the swim you’re on and it gives you loads of information about that particular swim. Best way to fish it, tactics and loads of other things. 10 out of 10 web site. Will be using again for future sessions.

Quite a good system
Quite a good system, but the only problem is that there no refund for fishing i.e if your car breaks down or if weather is 70mph winds I think you need to review this

We’re pleased to hear you found the system quite good, but we understand your point around refunds when unexpected issues happen, such as car trouble or extreme weather.
Just to clarify, refund and cancellation policies are set by each individual fishery, as they manage their own venue rules, availability and booking terms. Catch provides the booking platform, but we don’t create or control each fishery’s refund policy.
That said, where exceptional circumstances arise, our support team will always try to help where we can and liaise with the fishery on your behalf.

Too many paddle boards
Too many paddle boards. I understand the water should be shared with all, but there was maybe 3 hours we couldnt really fish on Sunday for paddle boards and kayaks. Maybe you should not have to pay full price during weekends and holidays.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when other water users make it difficult to fish, especially when you’ve booked and paid for a session. Some venues do operate as shared waters, but it’s important that anglers have clear expectations before they arrive.
We’ll pass this feedback on so the venue can review how busy periods, weekends and holidays are communicated, particularly where paddle boards or kayaks may affect fishing.

I love the app but
I love the app, but finding the venue I'm looking for can be quite problematic.
I think some extra work on this should be done to locate venues in the areas you want.
