Very poor customer service
The website duplicated my order - 40 minutes after the original processed? There was no way to cancel my order online or to contact customer service outside of M-F business hours. My order had not shipped, but they said they could not cancel it. They promised free return shipping, but the return portal I was told to use was charging return shipping. I contacted customer service via phone (the only option), and they processed my return but marked it for store credit instead of a refund. I had to call back - again - and ask to have it fixed. No apology and no refund so far. I have no complaints about the speed of delivery. Cannot yet comment on longevity or quality of items.
Note: the company’s response to this review was prompt and they assured me they would follow up on the issue.
