Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I ordered the jars as a gift and besides taking forever to come in they were all blank. I couldn’t believe it and then questioned this company, the quality and the products. I would not recommend.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially since the jars were intended as a gift.
We did attempt to reach out to you via email to help resolve the issue, but unfortunately we never received a response.
Based on your review, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the scripture cards inside the jar. The cards are not blank; they are folded multiple times and placed inside the jar. We've occasionally found that some customers initially believe the cards are blank because only the folded outer side is visible until the cards are opened.
If the cards in your jar were unfolded and truly contained no printed verses, we would absolutely consider that a product defect and would have been happy to investigate and resolve it immediately. However, in many cases, the verses are simply contained within the folded cards.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we're always happy to help when issues arise. We'd still welcome the opportunity to assist you and find a resolution.

Slow shipping, unaware this was shipping from China
I ordered one week ago and this product hasn’t even left China yet. I was unaware this was shipping from China as it said shipping time is 4-10 days. It is in transit but I have to buy a replacement for my sisters birthday. I would like a refund because I found a similar ring that will be here Monday and I can’t afford two rings. Would have been nice to know this was shipping from china and it would take so long. Order number 163836.

As stated on our Shipping Policy page, orders are first processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days before entering transit. While most orders arrive sooner, occasional carrier or customs delays can happen and are unfortunately outside of our direct control.

I ordered this for my 2 grandkids to share that are 9yrs old and 6yrs old. I believe this was a perfect gift to send them for Easter. They can each pull a scripture for any emotion they may be feeling and will then be comforted by God’s Word.
